The owner is a very difficult person. I have seen all the reviews on booking.com, but until I got in touch with the owner I did not realize how difficult is with him. He was very strict and I got a feeling that he wanted to keep some money from the deposit as much as possible. We have stayed for only one night and I had to send several emails, just to get his written confirmation, that I am following his rules and no money will be kept from the deposit I sent to his private account (200 Euro). In the end, I got the 200 euro back, but mannnnnn, it was so not like a vacation. We just arrived in the evening at the apartment and went to sleep after a few hours. But for this we had to fully clean the apartment, so 60 Euro will not be kept from the deposit. For parking, it is free just in front of the building, there are about 5 places, but you never catch these free, so you will have to pay for parking, there is a parking place behind the building, so only after 7PM is free of charge, other than that you need to pay 1.20 Euro every two hours. Please pay attention that if you leave the car there, you have to install on your phone the EasyPark app and pay online, since the parking time is limited to two hours and in order to extend it you either have to go back there or use the app online. I don't recommend this property as it will ruin your vacation mood, or like in our situation the weekend break in Metz left us with a bitter taste. The owner was trying/pretending to be nice, but after all the hustle I had with him... no way he convinced me. All the bad reviews on booking.com are TRUE, so don't be naive and don't believe them.
