Excellent hosts, Sergio and Rosita took care of us in all senses: they invited us for dinner on day, took us to the airport. They were very friendly.

The hosts are wonderfull: very friendly and hospitable! We received a very warm welcome. The garden is very nice, as well as the swimming pool. The kitchen is basic equipped, ideal for a holiday!n Good price/quality!

The sofa bed was not comfortable (not even for the children). For the rest: perfect appartment!

It's placed on an excellent place for Vesuvius, or the towns in it's area. The host are exceptionally nice people and are ready to help at all times. There is plenty of space for everyone (take notice that the rooms are in the same house as the hosts, but it's not a bother at all).

Such a kind and fun italian family, we were so happy that they let us to have a peak into their lives. The property is amazing with all mediterranean plants, space and a view to Vesuvius. Kids loved to play in the garden which already made our vacation more relaxed. Thank you Sergio, Rosita and Anita for bearing with us!

The sewer systems had problems, then again, it is Italy, so that is how sewer system works i guess :D

Absolutely fantastic. Sergio and family were so willing to help. picked us up. Took us to the supermarket, dropped us at Herculaneum and generally such lovely people.

Next to access road to Vesuvio Nat Park, easy to reach by car, free safe parking space available, beautiful view to bay, outdoor (unheated) pool was open in October. Really beautiful classic villa property. It was possible to use dinner table on a lovely terrace. We had apartment type room with own kitchenette. Access to Pompei is just 20mins by highway. The same with the only public beach in neighborhood.

Don't be surprised that Campania carbage crisis seems to be not over yet, streets around the area are surprisingly polluted with a lot of trash.

Everything was great. We felt like it was our family house. Rooms, bathroom, swimming pool, we've got more that we want. Spending time with Sergio 's family was the best time we spend in Italy. Cooking in their kitchen was great experience. And the best view from window and terrace, you can see Vesuvio all day. It' s a graet place to visit Naples, Pompei, Ercolano and Sorento and Amalfi Coast.

Sergio and Rosita were very nice and kind hosts and made our vacation quite special.

Very friendly hosts who welcomed us with sefmade Limoncello. Very nice swimmingpool and a very nice and big breakfast made and served by the hosts. Our car was parked very safe behind the gate.

It was very hot (34°) and there was no airco in the rooms, only fans. But we survived...

This property is the best place I have ever stayed. The hosts are amazing, so welcoming. Within moments we felt we were a part of their family. The villa, rooms, pool and gardens are superb. So relaxing with sunbeds, cooking facilities and basic ingredients such as salt etc available to use. Large airy rooms and comfy beds, spotlessly clean and well maintained. Our hosts were really helpful and knowledgeable about the area and the best way to see the sights. It is a fabulous location to explore Naples, Herculaneum, Vesuvius, Sorrento etc. Trains and buses are so reliable and cheap in Italy this would be a fabulous base to explore from and then relax into comfort and serenity in the evening.

I didn't like leaving.
