We booked this hotel as we were travelling by car & wanted to visit Naples but didn’t want to drive into the centre. Easy to find, very convenient for a stop over, just off the motorway. Good public transport links to Naples, 10 minute walk to Bellavista train station & 20 minutes into Napoli Centrale train station. Very helpful, pleasant staff. Good parking. Great continental style breakfast. Large, clean, quiet & comfortable room. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had everything you needed. The staff were very friendly and made you feel welcome. Having a restaurant in the hotel was an advantage and the food was delicious.
The room requires a little better maintenance particularly the air conditioning and drainage of the sink and shower but overall it was good.
3.9
The place was nice but it felt like a robbery that opening a wine bottle at the pool bar did cost 20€ as a service fee!!
Breakfast was also very limited.

Facilities ok I guess. Good sized room
Not disabled friendly at all. None of the polls accessible. Staff unavailable to provide service at the bar or restaurant. Despite claiming English was a language they understand, it wasn’t and they weren’t willing to use Google translate

We stay here every year when we visit my in-laws. We chose this hotel for its pool and proximity to their home. Unfortunately, the weather was rainy this time and we could only enjoy the sight of the pool. The staff is always cordial and the grounds are very pretty with the two pools and lovely landscaping. It is not far from the circumvesuviana train and near the shopping area as well. It is also easy for our in-laws to pick us up here.
The staff is always on hand for anything you might need.
The beds are comfortable. The rooms are spacious and there is plenty of room for our things. The bathroom is large and has a spray bidet as well as a bidet bowl. There are plenty of towels and everything is perfectly clean.
They clean the rooms daily and change the towels when needed. There is also air-conditioning and a minifridge as well as plenty of outlets for my needs. Wifi works well and is fast enough.
I forgot my pearl earrings on the nightstand after checking out and the cleaning lady ran out to find me in order to make sure I had them. I really appreciated that since they had been a gift.
It is all very pleasant and we look forward to staying there again next year.
We would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the area as it is easy to take the train to Naples, Pompei, or even Sorrento. We were there from a Monday-Friday and there were no events that we noticed. Everything was perfectly quiet with the exception of the church bells.
The only things to critique are very minor but it would be good if they were fixed. Room #1 did not have shutters, blinds nor blackout curtains, so the light came right in. The opaque curtains did not close all the way, so I used a pants hanger to keep them closed, since we were on the ground floor and staff members sometimes walked by. They should at least get blackout curtains that can shut all the way in order to block the sun. We never mentioned it because it was very cloudy and rainy during our visit and we slept right through from the sheer exhaustion of our trip.
One shower door was missing the plastic to block the water from escaping, so the water would puddle easily outside the shower. The hair dryer is one of these white ones attached to the wall. I always bring my own but I would want to know this in advance.
We paid less the previous year and breakfast had been included then. This year it was extra. It's minor but as returning guests, we would appreciate including it.
Aside from these minor things, our stay was lovely and we look forward to having better weather next year so we can enjoy the beautiful pools.

very nice, my second visit
its a way up the hill far from the main streets which has pros and cons
3.9
nice staff, balkony, breakfast with ham and cheese which is rare in italy
3.9
The Italian breakfast was plentiful, tasty and varied. The pools were wonderful, as was the food in the evening. The best of all was the friendly, helpful and kind staff - we couldn't have been looked after better.
There was nothing we didn't like
3.9
Service was poor, unprofessional staff

Very wonderful staff, super outside area, the pools and floors are always cleaned. Room was cute as well.
The location is good, If you would like to have a "lazy vacation", it is isolated from the tourists area, so there is not much to do other than tan in your sunbeds and swim.

We stayed here while visiting the in-laws and we wanted to stay somewhere with a pool.
The pool was wonderful! It was just us the entire time. In fact I never saw anyone else in the large pool. This was in May and I'm sure it's due to this time period. Make sure you pack a swim cap, it's required.
We stayed for 2 weekdays so it wasn't a crowded time.
Everyone was very nice and attentive.
Breakfast was fresh pastries, juice, coffee and fresh fruit. I would have loved a shirt breakfast with eggs, but it was fine. No complaints. They were even nice enough to allow a friend to join us for breakfast and they didn't charge us for it, so I think that was a lovely gesture.
The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. The air-conditioning worked well. The TV equipped with Sky.
The room was spacious and so was the bathroom.
The location was near the shopping area and there are plenty of restaurants just a short stroll away. It's also a short stroll from the circumvesuviana train that goes to the station.
We enjoyed our stay.
No place is perfect so here are the minor things which weren't great:
The towel warmer had cold water running through it, so we couldn't dry anything on it. Perhaps it's due to our being so hot out, but I would have used it, had it been possible. Otherwise, it would have been useful to have some kind of drying rack for our swimsuits.
They have events there and it wasn't a problem until some of the guests started talking loudly and yelling right outside our door after midnight. However, I called the number listed on the booking app and after one ring, they picked up and assured me they would handle it. They inmediately did and we didn't hear anything after that. So while noisy guests can occur anywhere, it is how it's handled that makes a difference, and they handled it perfectly. I appreciated it.
The church bells at 7.30am are annoying but that's not the hotel's fault. It's pretty common all over Italy.
So I'd definitely recommend this place as it has everything you need plus a lovely pool.

The staff were very accommodating . The location is good for us as we went to the amalfi coast and Pompeii but if you are going anywhere aside from those mentioned it will be an inconvenience
The villa had no proper facilities.. no cutleries, no proper cooker and no kettle. The kitchenette was located in one of the rooms so if you cook something the smell stays. The hotel rooms were good except no kettle too
3.9
Dominco and the stuff were very kind, breakfast was also good. Location is excellent! Just on the highway.
The room was a bit small for family of 5, four will fit perfectly.
3.9
Delicious pizza at the hotel restaurant. The room was a bit run down (especially the bathroom) but clean and very spacious. Location is convenient for people travelling by car - very close to the highway exit.
The pool closed at 18:00 making it difficult to use if you're main purpose is sightseeing. Breakfast is just served to you at the table (you can't even choose yoghurt flavor). The staff speaks little to no English.
3.9
Loved my clean, spacious room, firm bed and clean and beautiful bathroom and shower. High ceilings, tall windows, climate unit kept it perfect temperature. Owners/operators were so kind and accommodating.
Two pools and a hot tub were beautiful and elegant. Picture here doesn't do it justice.

The swiming pool is amaizing,
Ana en Lino was very helpfull.
We love the animals, Silvester, Brigida.

I left quite early 9h and still could use the pool before .
The room was nice and big .
The was very friendly.
3.9
Big room with big bathroom.
Nice bed
Super with Sky Television.
Dogs barking
Music plays all the time and windows are not soundproof enough.
The swimmingpool is not only for the hotel guests but also for others. A little crowded in the weekend even during corona times.

Fine place to stay for an overnight before an early flight. The room we got in the end was quite nice.
It was very difficult to find a staff person to check us in (there was a party going on at the time). Then once we found him, he first showed us to a room that hadn't been cleaned since the night before (most of the rooms were like that, with their doors wide open). It was a little strange. I think we were the only people staying that night.
3.9
What a lovely stay! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Excellent location if you wanna combine amalfi and Naples
