Needs attention. Edges of bathroom door filthy. Corner tub and wall not clean. Kitchen: sink stopper gross. Cooking utensils not up to par. Not enough water pressure. The good: clean, fluffy bath towels. Great mattress and pillows. Nice clean sheets.

I have stayed at Coconut Palms II on several occasions and my husband and I love the location. The facility, grounds and staff are great. They are still recovering from a couple of hurricanes but continue to take care of facilities and the guests just the same. This stay had a million dollar view with that 4th floor balcony. The condo itself was a bit dated and a mattress topper would make the bed more comfy, but the view was best! We will be back soon! The hosts were very communicative and we appreciated that they checked in to see if we were enjoying our stay. This one’s a keeper.

We loved the view from the balcony. Living room and bedroom were great. Kitchen was rather small with very little counter space. The large pool was under repair and the heated pool was not heated. Great access to the beach.

This condo had an exceptional view of the ocean. Access to the beach and pools were easy. Walking distance to shops and downtown. Everything was at our fingertips. Definitely recommend taking your family here. We will be coming back in years to come.

Loved this rental- wonderful communication from the owner. The building is being renovated and the elevator wasn’t working, which wasn’t great. But the owner forewarned us so we knew what to expect. The view from the 4th floor was amazing and because of the renovations, most of the building was empty, so it was like a private oasis at the pool with hardly anyone there. Great owner and highly recommend.

Was told there was a bit of water damage on one side of the building from the hurricane but otherwise it's all open. Day of I get a call and he now says a little more such as "be careful walking through the lobby." Truth: We were the ONLY people, as far as we could tell, occupying a place within 3 buildings. Zero security. Front doors wide open. Unit doors wide open because they were all flooded! Giant fans running everywhere with huge vents running out the windows and down the side of the building. Couldn't have been more unsafe. Had the owner been honest we would have had time to find another place. And the place needs some serious updating. It is the most out of date unit in the entire place. We know too because all the doors were open!

Our family (includes a 5 yo and 6 yo) had a great stay at this location. The views of the pool and beach were magnificent and the staff at the condo association were very friendly. I do suggest, if you plan on sleeping on the pull out couch - bring extra padding as the bed is very uncomfortable. Other than that, our stay was fabulous and we will definitely be back!

Let me just start by saying I think you get a lot of value for your money based off of the location alone. Our nightly rate was very competitive. The biggest problem
we had was the temperature of the water when showering.. in the morning it literally takes 20 minutes to get “Luke” warm. The folks at the front desk who were as nice and as helpful as could be said it was a normal occurrence with the low occupancy rate the evenings we were there. Just plan accordingly if you want a warm shower on a chilly morning.
1. Location is great, right on the beach, 2-3 minute walk to Flaggler Ave.
2. Check in is very easy, staff is excellent.
3. Price is fantastic.
4. We had to make up the bed on the sleeper sofa, not a big deal but a little unusual.
5. Pools are very nice but not heated in the winter. Many people on the pool deck but nobody in the water. Honestly air temps were only in the mid 70’s so it was fine. This part of Florida can have chilly evenings.
6. Did I mention how great the price is and the location…..
7. Bed and sleeper sofa were comfortable.

The condo was comfortable and relatively clean. Though it’s in great need of a deep cleaning. Ceiling fan and vents covered in dust. Hairs stuck to shower walls and floor. There was a recent leak in the ceiling, mold residue was present.
Besides that petty stuff, it was perfect. We would stay in this unit again.

Perfect location!
My husband and I have stayed in NSB before but never at this building/condo. The location is wonderful! You can walk to town easily. There is also a beach bar/restaurant that we walked to for breakfast. The view from the balcony is fabulous. The property is well kept with plenty of Chairs and umbrella tables. This is a drive on beach which means it is great for walking for miles. We will return to this spot again!

This was a great spot in NSB. The view was incredible. The checkin was easy and the staff was friendly. The property is very nice. Two pools, a few cabanas and grills. You can walk to Flagler. Owners were very responsive and kind. Bring your own beach chairs, umbrellas, coffee, condiments. We will be back!

Beautiful location, price can't be beat
I can't say enough about the overcommunications (in a good way) from the owners. You will not find a better host. They even let us change our dates without charge, because we had originally booked right when covid happened. Only reason this isn't 5 stars is the condo is a bit outdated, but given the phenomenal price, maybe that makes sense. Definitely worth your stay!
