Wedding parties always, that causes noise inside. Acoustic isolation is bad.

The reception( dont remember the name of the lady) she was so kind and helpful always talking with smile .
We went for dinner in one if the resturant and we choose to take buffet.. the hostess gave us a table that was okey .. as we start with food no one came on table and asked for water even is it normal in that kind of high class hotel… some how we asked some one for it he bring tap water even didnt asked what we want..the water was even not clean when we asked to waiter that there is something in water he just changed glass… no one asked for the drink if want to drink some thing else.. the food was okey as compared with the quality and the standard.. the was running here and there they dont care about the people what they want.. i saw a table next to us every waiter was on the table bringing food to them on table… and on our table we asked many times can someone clean our table also.. looks like either they have short on staff.. or they dont care about the people who pay so much money. Sorry with this resturant i was so much disappointed never expected this kind of service.

One word - Excellent ...The overall Ambience of the property was top notch , the whole Staff was excellent- well mannered, humble , welcoming- be it Aabida n Vimanyu ji in Reception , Dinesh ji, Arnob, Rahul, Chandrabhan, Varun in the Restaurant (amazing buffet breakfast and dinner!), Room Service, Mahavir in House Keeping, Azhar bhai at Travel desk, Driver Dayaram ji ... all of them made us feel so special and took so good care of us ... we will definitely recommend this property and their amazing hospitality to all
Unfortunately the pool was under renovation ... but they provided us an alternative at other property

Many things like location is far away and isolated, the staff is very slow , they gave us complementary spa pass in the night and when we reach at the place next day , they said k the person is not available or u can take after 3 like for that spa we have to stay one day more to avail the voucher and they said k they have updated our room.in pool side which was under construction so what we saw was construction

I am frequently visiting Jaipur and luck by chance booked the stay in Crowne Plaza. One of the finest property in this segment. The staff is so courteous, specially Priyanka on reception attended very well.

Staff was unresponsive; asked too replace the tea pantry with couple coffee sachets….. none arrived despite 3 phone calls, even after giving this feedback on checking out - no satisfactory response about the concern - looks like they don’t care

Breakfast was lavish and extremely good. The staff was very polite and helpful. Location is not that good as the hotel is way far from most tourist spots.

Clean, modern and spacious rooms & facilities. Helpful and kind staff. Very calming. Good food. Good spa. Kettle wasn't working and staff replaced within 10 minutes.
Swimming pool has not yet finished construction - perhaps I missed it but this wasn't clear from the page on the booking.com app. The plugs seemed to be low powered so I had trouble charging devices.
