50th birthday retreat
The house was amazing and the pool table became more than I could've imagined eith tournaments between adults and kids. The house was stalked beyond my imagination with spices oils foil dishes cookware, everything someone would need to live for a month. The owner of thr house was in great contact when certain things were needed. Hopefully we will stay again next summer. We lived the house and location in this quiet little neighborhood!

Great location in Tahoe
The property is near Stateline, Emerald Bay, and some of the best beaches on the south side of the lake. The game room and hot tub make it easy to spend a day at the house.

Good floor plan and game room
The house has good floor plan and enough space for 12 people. The check-in instructions was very clear, and instructions to use different items in the house are posted wherever we need. I think the owner/ property manager are very thoughtful of various situations ones might have questions.
We had so much fun with the game room. They have a lot of good games for both kids and adults. The space is a little cramp for playing pool though.
As many already mentioned, the house creaks so bad, but we get used to it after a couple days.

Beautiful but…
The house and location were beautiful. However there were a few off things. The fridge froze the food but the freezer didn’t work and the dishwasher leaked. Overall though, a wonderful experience.

Absolute Heaven
The pictures don’t do the place justice, it was beautiful inside and out. The neighborhood was serene and everything was either a nice walk or quick drive away. There was a nice quiet little creek that we all walked to each day. I definitely recommend this place!

Great house and location
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. There were 11 of us total and there was plenty of room for us all. The house is in a great location within walking distance to great marsh trails and the lake. Would stay here again.

Best Tahoe experience
This was our very first cabin rental and it was truly perfect. My kids and family really enjoyed the arcade. The owners thought of everything that would make a visitors experience a great one. I can't wait to come back!

Helpful and great set up!
First off the house was a perfect setup for what we needed/wanted! I am so glad we picked this place to stay! The helpful part comes in from the owner, Geri. All six of us could not figure out how to start the dishwasher. We looked at the helpful kitchen binder and still nothing. Geri called me personally and was able to help us locate the child lock and turn it off. None of us have kids, never would have thought of it. Plus, through that conversation and when I called upon checking out, I’m old school, Geri was a delight to talk with. She was appreciative of us staying at her place and was even curious as to how our trip was going! Overall, you won’t regret staying here. The house has everything you need, and the management is super nice and attentive! Thanks for a wonderful stay in Tahoe!

What a great vacation spot! This house lacks nothing! Clean, perfect location, safe neighborhood. Gerri was very easy to communicate with. We absolutely loved staying here and will definitely come back. Highly recommend!!

Great location for a family.
The owner thought of everything that a house would need. Enjoyed the hot tub and location. Only cons were the super loud floors, I’m an early riser so I woke up my guests a few times. The garbage was full when we arrived so I felt really bad that we had to leave bags of garbage in the kitchen. The arcade games didn’t all work but we weren’t there for the games. The living room was cozy and I especially loved the fireplace.

Great House with Views!
We had a great time at this house! It was very clean and the kitchen/family area is perfect for large groups. It has a beautiful view and is just a short walk from the lake. Our kids really enjoyed the hot tub and video games. Just a note to future guests - if you have any light sleepers, have them stay upstairs as the floors are creaky and those in the downstairs bedrooms can hear everything. Geri was very prompt with her responses and we felt very welcome in her home.

Perfect Family Getaway
2 members in our party need to use a cane for mobility. Couldn't have found a more perfect place. A minimum of stairs to contend with in the main part of the home. Great quarters for everyone. Plenty of room. Everything we needed was there to use. Kids loved the games. We all really enjoyed the hot tub. SPECIAL THANKS TO GERI!
We'll be back when we're ready for the perfect Tahoe experience.

This house, in a quiet neighborhood close to all the Tahoe activity, was a perfect place to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary!!! The game room was a huge hit, especially the pool table!! We would go back in a heartbeat. Special thanks to Tina, the property manager, for immediate help when we needed it.

Great getaway for group of active adults
The home is perfect for hosting my group of ten friends. We enjoyed the proximity to awesome bike trails, restaurants, beachside entertainment and more. Loved the layout of the home and the hot tub.

Great location for a good value
The house is large and easily accommodated our family of 13. The dining room table is really big and it was fun to eat meals together. I recommend bringing bikes in the summer as the house is close to the beach and to some coffee shops and restaurants.
The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful and the house weas well equipped. It was a bonus to have Pacman and Ms. Pacman in the gameroom. We enjoyed that a lot.

I picked this place by the location (1), by how many it would accommodate (2), and because it had a hot tub (3). The games were an added bonus that the kids initially were very excited about...until they realized they had better games on their iPads. Still, made the place unique. The neighborhood is quiet - almost too quiet for my 4 kids. The hot tub died on us after about 10 minutes first use - but management/maintenance came within a few hours and it worked flawlessly after that. The BBQ was a problem - we were able to get it to light just once, but never again after that. So resorted to indoor cooking. We initially had problems with the cable TV, but figured it out.
Overall, this place worked out very well for the family 4 adults and 4 kids ages 4-13. There were 2 bedrooms and a bath downstairs, so grandparents didn't have to use the stairs. 3 bathrooms were plenty. The kitchen and all the utensils/cookware were great. It's old and floors creaked, especially when walking upstairs late at night. The furnishings (especially the bedding) could be updated.
Location didn't disappoint - close to restaurants, shopping, Heavenly Ski Resort, lake access, hiking, rock climbing, etc. Fun fun fun. I'd recommend for groups of 8+ people.

Our family of consisting of Grandparents, Grandkids and adult children with spouses rented this vacation home. There were NINE of us & still plenty of room for more than that. This House is set in a beautiful location, surrounded by natural beauty and yet still close to everything you might want or need. Kitchen is large, well stocked & modern. Plenty of fun things to do right in this home. Pac man was a VERY big hit as was the pool table and video games. Only a short Walk to Secret beach. Comfortable beds, plenty of room and was clean as a whistle when we all checked in. All in all a wonderful vacation in So. Lake Tahoe.

My family and I had a wonderful time at the cabin. Everyone was very impressed with the spaciousness of the house and the chefs all loved the quality of the cookware, the availability of spices and cooking oils, and the ample supply of dishes, pans and baking sheets. The appliances were fantastic. The dishwasher was a god-send with our group. The kids, both big and small, enjoyed the vintage arcade. I was initially worried about the size of the beds but it turned out to be a non-issue. The beds and pillows were also very comfortable. There really was plenty of room for all 12 of us to spread out. We didn't have a chance to use the grill or the hot tub but I'm sure they would have been great too. I've been to a variety of vacation rentals and this is one of the best. I wish we could have stayed longer but we had to return to reality at some point. :)

Great house! We loved the great room with the vaulted ceiling and the gas rock fireplace and my new high score on Ms. Pac Man! 5 bedrooms was perfect for the whole family visiting from Chicago and Boston. The hot tub was perfect and the neighborhood was very quiet. All we needed was more snow but hopefully it is coming. Thank you to the owner for making your home so welcoming and having such a great complete kitchen. Perfect house!

We used to rent a house for family reunions when we were young and many years had past before finally gathering the family from around the world to try and recreate the great memories from the past. We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay than this house. With 7 kids ranging from 2 to 18 the arcade room and hot tub was an absolute hit. The spacious modern kitchen, awesome grill and large family dining table allowed for many cooks and hungary mouths to be fed well. The medow near the house and the easy walk to the shore effortlessly allowed us to take in the beauty nature had to offer at this time of year. And of course, with such a short distance to the casinos the adults couldn't resist a bit of fun, even if we weren't so lucky on the slot machines! This home was such a treasure to find for our famiy reunion and now that we've found it we have no more excuses to wait so long for our next gathering. It's evident that the owners put a lot of time and thought into creating such a warm enviornment for guests to stay and I am very thankful for their efforts.

We vacationed with my family of 5 and a friends family of 4 and this home more than accommodated all of us. We enjoyed all aspects of this home and property. If we were not cooking meals in the newly remodeled kitchen, we were relaxing in the hot tub while the snow fell, reading in front of the fireplace, playing Ms. Pac Man, or strolling through the meadow to the lake. This home is fully furnished and comes with all the necessary equipment to stay in and enjoy, or to return to after a day of adventure. We had the most magnificent and enjoyable time during our stay here.
