The apartment was warm enough, comfortable and suited our needs. Bed was clean and comfortable. Plenty of hot water, nice towels, heaps of fridge and freezer space. Most of what we needed was available.

Could have done with a bit more cutlery and crockery. Lighting in the kitchen Could have been a bit better as three of the bulbs were not working. Carpets were a bit tired and attention to detail on the finish would help.

Flat in good standard but could be a little bit better.

Room is fair . Carpets are very old and not clean enough. The property wasn’t cleaned after the previous check out .when we checked in around 17:45pm. We need to ring the concerned person to sort it. We couldn’t even refresh or relax after entering the property because they have to clean it. It took couple of hours to sort everything out, which was tiring and stressful.Don’t expect any welcome kit.

The hosts Gordon and Mercedes were very helpful and answered all my questions pleasantly. I highly recommend this apartment. It felt like home.

Good communication and instructions from host to collect keys and welcome binder had some great information in it 👍

The communal entrance and corridor was absolutely filthy, especially on the floor of the apartment and full of flies, not a great start. The apartment itself was OK, could do with a lick of paint and a freshen up but pictures on website were quite deceiving. Freezer compartment was frozen shut aswell.
