5 min zu Fuß vom Glasgow Terminal. Ich hatte ein großes Zimmer mit einem riesigen Doppelbett. Die Lüftung im Zimmer kann man ausstellen, im Bad läuft sie immer, stört aber nicht. Check in und out ging schnell und problemlos. Es gibt die Möglichkeit, Kaffee und Tee auf dem Zimmer kostenfrei zu genießen.

Das übliche Problem bei Hotels - dünne Wände. Ohropax nicht vergessen.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. I didn't partake of the food at the premise due to my schedule. Water could have been more warmer though as my personal preference.

Maybe bin liners or provision for hygienic pads disposal.

Good quality facilities conveniently located for the airport. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

Restaurant service was not great (having to ask for plates and cutlery after your starter had been delivered etc). Bathroom had a very unpleasant smell - ?drains issue. Not amazing for the price!

The staff here are really friendly and helpful. I had a problem closing the window and they were straight up to help out.

The only problem I had was finding a walking route from the terminal to the hotel but that was the fault of google maps not the hotel, There is an easy route straight through the car park opposite the terminal building and follow the walking route under the motorway.

Convenient location to Glasgow airport. Room was decent sized—not roomy, but not tiny either. It was very quiet and relaxing, looking out onto fields rather than a parking lot or the highway. Bed was comfy. Good bathroom and shower.

Breakfast was very mediocre. Had dinner at the hotel. Dining area was very noisy and the wait staff seemed very distracted and not very attentive. The atmosphere and service did not make for a relaxing dinner.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Was able to check-in early which was brilliant. Room was clean and comfy.

Parking was a bit expensive.

É perto do aeroporto mas não recebi nenhuma orientação de como chegar e não tem nenhum esquema aqui no booking do caminho. Achei que fosse simples mas segui pelo caminho errado, isso às 23h da noite e chegou um ponto que não tinha nem passagem para pedestre mais, fui pelo caminho mais longo e pelo meio da rua seguindo o rumo do hotel. Lá eles tem um mapinha que mostra um caminho simples, usamos na volta ao aeroporto, era só disponibilizar aqui para facilitar a chegada.

Great breakfast. Nice staff and the gym was ok (dumbbells, a bench and cardio machines). The shower was nice and hot with complimentary cleaning products.

The beds are too soft. Dinner seemed expensive (we went to marks and Spencer instead). Alternative milk is available, but you have to ask.

Checked in before 4pm and didn’t realised that shower gel was empty until one of my family was in the shower around 9pm. Dialled customer service few times and nobody answered the phone. Talked to one of the staff on my way to use the elevator and informed him that we don’t have shower gel in our room, he took down our room number on his phone. Gave him the benefit of the doubt that his busy until 30mins had passed. Phoned customer service again and a male staff with foreign accent answered the call, informed him if we could have a shower gel as one in our bathroom is empty. He came up to our room with two tiny bottles of lotion. It was one of my family member opened the door for him. I phoned again and it was him who answered the telephone, I told him that he had given us lotion instead of shower gel. He then told me that lotion is same as shower gel. I told him that no it’s not. He then again said to me that it’s the hotels new product that you can use it as shower gel. I think I’m not that stupid to not know the difference between the two. At this point, I’m now pissed off cos there’s no point of arguing with him as he seemed to be convinced of what he’s talking about. I hang up the phone for a few seconds and phone them again, this time it’s a different staff answered the phone. Explained to him the problem and he went to our room to give us the proper shower gel, he was very apologetic as well with what had happened. I have stayed in various Marriott hotels including abroad and I couldn’t fault the hotel and the service but not until I’ve stayed in this particular branch. I always believed that you get what you pay and I don’t mind paying a bit as I want my family to be comfortable….but I didn’t pay for this kind of service. Very disappointing.

Waited for Taxi, Did not know where to go to get taxi for Marriott. Could not understand the accent. People should speak slower and change words so foreigners can understand what you are saying. That goes for all folks in Scotland.

I liked the cleanliness of the place and everything was organized.

£15 to park for one night seems a bit steep as the car park is large and £219 for a family room with no breakfast is at the steep end.

Not a pleasant walk to the airport and no free shuttle. I had to pay 14GBP for parking my rental car. The hotel is fine, just not the convenience and friendliness I expected. Even the wifi login is confusing and makes it look like you're going to pay for it. Every place I've stayed at this week in Scotland (some much cheaper than this) had a wonderful free breakfast. I feel nickle and dimed. Free shuttle to the airport and free overnight parking would go a long way to right this wrong.

Great location if you're flying out of Glasgow Airport. Staff was helpful and the food was good at the resturant. Parking out front made it easy to get in and out with our luggage. Room was clean, fresh and large.
