Hotel bem localizado para quem vai à maratona de Buenos Aires (a largada fica a 40 minutos de caminhada). Apesar de estar em um bairro residencial, há bons restaurantes e lanchonetes nas proximidades. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos. O quarto e o banheiro são espaçosos, limpos e contam com lençóis e toalhas de boa qualidade. Há frigobar. Existem tomadas no quarto (uma delas se adequa ao pino brasileiro) e um secador de cabelos no banheiro. O café da manhã tem o essencial e é gostoso (no dia da maratona, foi preparado um café especial para os corredores). Tem piscina no alto do hotel. Há um Starbucks vizinho e uma farmácia no quarteirão ao lado.
A água do chuveiro bate no meio-vidro do box e molha todo o banheiro (fica encharcado mesmo). A avenida na qual está o hotel é um pouco barulhenta (melhor se hospedar nos andares mais altos).

Receptividade dos funcionários do hotel é excelente. O quarto confortável e limpo. Apesar de não ficar próximo aos locais turísticos, vale muito a hospedagem.
O café da manhã deixa a desejar. Poderiam ter mais cuidado com a alimentação e mais opções.

Hotel and team provided a super early breakfast to meet our Half marathon race early morning timing (breakfast at 5:00). Thank you!!
Shower water temperature was largely oscillating, to the point that we had to jump out to not get burned.

The design of the hotel and the rooftop are nice. Rooms are a bit small but comfortable enough. Breakfast is excellent. The location is very good.

Location is great, nearby the popular neighborhoods. Room was clean and comfortable. You have a Starbucks just next to the hotel.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was extra helpful and patient with my terrible Spanish.
The rooftop/restaurant wasn’t open when I was there at the weekend, which was unfortunate but there were so many restaurants to choose from close by.

it’s not safe! I was robbed at the lobby: My hand bag with the laptop and ID documents were stolen and the hotel had no cameras available (were in “maintenance”) ; the person from the front desk didn’t show any interest on the issue… there was no responsibility taken from the hotel. I haven’t received even an apology yet. No compensation, no nothing.
