No funciona la Piscina y en el desayuno cobran x huevos que no sea el único servido entre lo expuesto!!

O hotel é perfeito! Desde a nossa chegada até a saída os funcionários foram super simpáticos, prestativos e aquém da sua função. Voltaria mil vezes! Café da manhã é incrível com muitas opções e tudo muito fresco

The location of the property in the Recoleta District was perfect.
We stayed in Room 601 - A suite Deluxe. It was clean, spacious and comfortable.

Coffee pods:
We have traveled the world. This is a first! We have never had to pay extra for a cup of coffee made in our room. The amenities include a coffee maker, coffee pods, and coffee cups. If you use the coffee maker, make coffee IN YOUR ROOM. You are charged a fee for the coffee pod. An employee comes by daily, counts the coffee pods you use, and charges them to your bill.
Breakfast Upcharge
A basic breakfast selection is provided: fruits, pastries, coffee, tea, juices, toast, scrambled eggs, and bacon. An Omelette, eggs over easy, or waffles is an extra charge. We have never experienced this type of service.
Early/Late Check-In
There is a fee to request early check-in. The website offers this option. We checked the box requesting early check-in with the fee. We arrived at the hotel at 12:00 p.m. Early check-in was not available. The box we checked was only a REQUEST, not a guarantee. The guest would have received early check-in if this hotel was Marriott, Hilton, or another well-known brand. This hotel is pretending to compete with well-known hotel brands and fails miserably.

Great location within easy walking distance of many tourist destinations. It was great having a pool to cool off after a day of sightseeing and quiet rooms to get a good nights rest.
The bed required a mattress cover to protect the mattress and to provide a better level of comfort.

Great location, really good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, decent value, comfortable beds. nice gym. Not a huge hotel so nice atmosphere. Free water in room. Reception Booked taxis for us which was helpful.

Beautiful safe Hotel in the popular Recoleta Neighbor hood of the city. Staff friendly especially Malena and Guido. They were so kind and went above and beyond. There was security, it felt very safe. Also buy breakfast!!! the Breakfast was awesome and a buffet.
I thought the expresso in the room was complimentary but I owed 6 dollars for the coffee the next day. The restruant in the hotel was overpriced and dinner was so-so. However someone ordered afternoon tea and that looked amazing. Also the showere would not turn off and took over an hour for somene to come up.

The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. All the facilities are up to par with a couple deficiencies.

We loved Recoleta Grand!!! super clean, modern, great location and all the staff was very kind and always helped us in whatever we need. If we go back to Buenos Aires, we would stay again in Recoleta Grand!!

Excellent location, nice facilities, very cordial staff
The breakfast were very repetitive - identical from one day to the next. The internet access was spotty at best. Finally, charging a few EUR for each Nespresso capsules left a feeling of cheapness from the management. We have stayed at multiple 5-star hotels in which Nespresso machines were available. This is the first hotel in which the complementary coffee in the room is not complementary. One has to pay for each capsule (and by the way it is not written anywhere that it is the case), but not for the tea bags… This is not a cheap hotel for BsAs standards, and offering a couple of capsules a day would have been a nice token.

Staff was very kind and helped me to book a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Breakfast was very good, several options. Location is great, only 5 minutes from the Recoleta shopping mall and cemetery. Shower is great and the bed super comfortable.
The view from the room was not fantastic, just buildings.
