The hotel is in a great location, only a minute away from the Jemaa el-Fna square. Everything you need is within walking distance. The bedrooms while on the small side are comfy and clean with decent aircon. The Riad is very pretty with a terrace and good breakfast for €3.

Facilities aren’t the best, the showers and toilets are pretty run down however perfectly serviceable for the good price of the rooms. My main gripe was the noise, this place is EXTREMELY LOUD. Not only from the constant market bustle but from other residents who often stayed up drinking until the early hours. There was also no curtains so the terrace lights were frustrating. While the owner was very nice, offering us tea and breakfast on arrival, that was the only time we ever saw him. We would have liked some advice from a local but we were mostly out of luck. Marrakech is easy enough to navigate however as a clueless tourist, excluding the Souk mazes 😆

Unbeatable location. Safe, clean, comfortable. Seamless check-in. Very friendly, competent staff. Sunsets from the rooftop are epic.

My bedroom was on the ground floor which was good, although the room was a little bit small. Next door to the toilet, not so good. Overall the hotel was lovely. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would stay again, but in an en-suite room.

Lots of steps up to other bedrooms, so was happy to be in a room on the ground floor.

Excellent location. Very kind and discreet staff, always willing to help. They made our stay easy. Clean place and warm water for bath 24/7. Beautiful and cozy terrace. Highly recommended, I would book again.

the personal was really rude with us, we arrived at 1 am and they didn’t want to have us a room even if we had a reservation, we had to pay for another room cause they offered our room, so apparently they gave us a better room but in the end we had to pay more for that, the room and showers smells horrible and they close the main door at night so we couldn’t go out after 00:00

The location is great. The relation between price and quality is great. The staff is unbelievable nice! It's definitely a nice spot to stay right next to the plaza.

Toilets are quite disappointing... It should have toilet paper, at least... If that issue would be resolved the overall experience would be much better.
