getting into the hostel is very confusing and parking was even worse.

The view, the location and price were great. Perfect for a one-night stay. Since the apartment is accessed through a shopping center the options for food were convenient. Staff was helpful and explained everything clearly. Didn't use the kitchen but it seemed well supplied.

Loved this set up! Felt like staying in an apartment. Bathrooms were cleaned daily and were only shared with one other room. Daily room cleaning was also provided as well which I was not expecting. The towels/beach towels and robes were awesome as well The view from the room and the closed balcony were also spectacular!

It was very clean and central, with good access to restaurants and the Avenida. However, the checkin/key operation system is a little confusing and not what we were expecting to deal with.

Superb location with a lovely terrace providing gorgeous views over the city and harbour and surrounding landscape. Comfy beds, spotlessly clean.

Facilities are shared. The photos make it look like the rooms are self-contained apartments which they are not. The shared kitchen and sitting area connects all the rooms and as there is no soundproofing it gets very loud even when people are just chatting next door. There is rarely any staff around to assist you with anything. More like a hostel experience, will work great for some, but fall short for others.

Rooms were a great price and my room had an amazing view over the city. Came with all the necessities and was extremely clean and beautiful.

Since the hotel is in a hidden part of a mall, it was a little difficult to follow directions to find it

The view was spectacular, the staff was so kind, the room and bathroom were very clean, and the location was perfect.

The elevator is small if you have a lot of baggage.

Quite a small room for two people, but the living room is very spacious.

The lady overseeing the room was very nice and helpful. Close to walking to town.

Rude guests. It is a small apartment with many rooms that share a common room. First, some rude guests came in about midnight slamming doors loudly and waking everyone else in the apartment. Then about 3 am in the morning, the fire alarms went off, again wakening everyone. Again, one of the guests smoking in their room which was stated to be illegal...and unfortunately affecting everyone else. The room would have been a good value, if not for the rude guests. Personally, I think the other guests should have been forced to pay for our room, since it was them that robbed us of our sleep.

location is amazing - over marina, high floor with the view. the room felt very private because it is divided from the common area by the hall. the hotel lady was very helpful when i needed to let the luggage there before checkin and after checkout.

getting to the appartments felt a bit complicated. not rocket science, just hardwr than other hotels

The room is on top of the tallest building in Ponta Delgada, the view is incredible. The room was clean and proper and the shared areas in good condition.

All rooms are accessed through a shared corridor and honestly we got some loud neighbours. Other than that all was great and definitely very good for the price.

The location is perfect, the room was clean.
