Wie immer sind alle sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Eigentlich eine sehr familiäre Atmosphäre in der man sich sehr willkommen fühlt. WLAN ist top... und für mich zum Arbeiten perfekt. Pool und Außenbereich laden immer zum verweilen ein.

Excelent location. Street full of excellent restaurants. Bus stop 200m. Citá 300m, Jumbo 1km. Dunas 300m, beach 1km. Swimming pool with sunbeds and parasols

Great pool. Nice rooms. Good location

La chambre est propre et spacieuse, l'hotêl est très calme. Grande piscine. Bonne literie. Accueil agréable. Place de parking.

Pas grand chose à améliorer sauf ajouter une cafetière expresso mais c'est un détail.

The room was very clean and there was everything needed. Quiet hotel. The private parking is strategic, especially in August.

Loved the apartment, spacious, clean and had everything you needed in it. The cleaners were amazing, coming in most days a thoroughly cleaning your apartment. I like the fact that we were gated too, simple code and it allows you in. the grounds surrounding the apartments was clean and well maintained. Balcony was large and spacious and we had lunch out there most days whilst playing cards with the kids.

The pool - the pool was lovely & clean but kids were not allowed to play with balls, or on floats. Male lifeguards were really good, friendly, fetched us mats for the sun beds and allowing the kids to play with ball as long as the pool was not too busy.

Lack of a bar or at least a vending machine. After 10pm most shops are closed and if you need some water you’re screwed

Well equipped kitchen, lovely spacious balcony at the back of apartment with the view of garden. Excellent WIFI connection.

Duvet that was wrapped in plastic and kept in the wardrobe stinks so as the pillow. Furniture dated and small space combined kitchen/dining/living room.

Fantastic pool. Apartment has cooker, air con, large balcony with sun beds. Television with various channels.

Pool closes at 5pm. Pillows could be improved on. No microwave.

Clean, central, excellent helpful staff, couldn’t have wished for more.

Pool was larger than expected, well supervised, very clean and HEATED! (Essential in February). Pool area also had table tennis table and a billiards table nearby so was great for kids. The apartment was extremely clean on arrival and then cleaned 4 times in our week, which was both ample and completed to a very high standard. The maids were great. Location was also a huge win. Very quiet area: no late night noise outside whilst being very close to mini markets and restaurants as well as being on the doorstep of the Maspalomas sand dunes, which are simply spectacular and only a genuine 5 minute walk away.

Very little could be improved on. If anything, where the coffee filter machine is provided (very welcome) could paper filters also be made available as part of the inventory to avoid each guest having to buy a box full? Not an expensive item, just a little inconvenient until they have been found in a supermarket but again, this is a very small gripe for what is a wonderful property, accommodating staff and is very clean and well run.

The apartments are clean, up to date with everything you need. The beds are amazing so comfortable. Daily room cleans apart from Wednesday and Sunday. Towels also changed. The balcony had enough room to have two sun beds out and a table and four chairs as well as a umbrella. Loads of sun loungers next to the pool, didn't use the pool but looked lovely and clean. The internet works really well, however doesn't reach to the pool area.

The only downfall for us, was the TV! Only English channels was BBC world news are Sky news international. To be honest, we don't go on holiday to watch TV but something other than the news would have been a bonus.
