Our son enjoyed the mezzanine level bed, was the best space in the room.

Room was dark and cramped and the bathroom was so small that you had to put your knees under the sink to get to the toilet. Breakfast was basic and not good value for money.

The lady at the reception desk was very nice. The location was perfect for an overnight stop on the way to the ferry port. It was a budget accommodation not more or less. The breakfast was very good

Everything went well for us, we had no issues at all. Our room was perfect, we had plenty of space and a really big comfortable bed

there was no paper in the printer at check in. This would not have been a problem if the screen advised on this but it kept showing up the option to print but with no output. In the end I only required a copy of the code to enter our room so a phone photo was sufficient

Easy to find. Breakfast actually quite good for budget hotel and included in price. Easy parking. It was clean with an acceptable en suite.

Limited reception staff times. Arrived 4.30pm but had to book in via computer screen outside. Took 3 attempts. Outside of building looks like run down social housing block of flats with each storey having outside covered walkway to your room. Prefabricated concrete construction. Car park has facility for disabled parking but with no option to choose a room, getting a wheel chair up three flights of stairs would be a challenge as there is no lift. Room ‘compact’ with good size, but firm bed taking up most of the space. Having criticised the hotel, it had many guests and I think many single people who were probably company reps on business. With no restaurant facilities, thunder storm and heavy rain meant we had to resort to a Burger King very close to the hotel. Total disaster but that’s another story and no fault of the hotel.

Size of the room was very good, children were delighted with beds on the top floor, it was nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.
