The location is good, in a quiet neighbourhood. The house gets warm quickly, has a washing machine and enough space for 6.

Bad maintanance: the floor is broken, no light in the kitchen, curtains were glued to the wall with duct tape, loose screws on the final staircase, toaster wasn't working, no kettle, broken tiles on the balcony, small kitchen, screechy beds. Many things could be improved.

The last investment on this villa was done 5 years ago. Walls with holes and mould, faulty appliances and very dirty flooring

I recommand the location, but not the property.

- the property was full of dust; - the walls were dirty and damaged; - the water from the bathroom and kitchen was dirty and coming with no pressure; - the fridge presented rust; - in some places of the house you may find mold and spider webs;

Everything is great

There are a couple of neighbours that don't know what vacation really is and have a bad tendency of calling the police if you talk to loud. But even the police is very kind there and told us that there is no problem if we keep the talk in house 😅

The house has three bedrooms with double beds which are comfortable. There is enough storage space in the closets. There is a large bathroom with jacuzzi (we didn't use it but it's there). There are air conditioners that we didn't use because it was not hot during our stay. There was always hot water. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen. The view from the terrace is beautiful with mountains in the distance.

The location is not in Sinaia itself but in the adjacent Busteni and not close to the central street of the town. The house has 3, rather small, bedrooms downstairs and the bathroom, kitchen and living room upstairs, not particularly comfortable. The kitchen is really small, refrigerator is small but it was enough for a 3 day stay. There were no sharp knives that we needed for making salads for example (the owner suggested to use the whetting stone but it didn't help - lack of experience, probably). The owner was out of the country and was readily available by phone and WhatsApp but there was no one who could come and help with lacking equipment (like the knives).

Great location, clean and all you need for a lovely stay. Rooms are spacious and well furnished.
