The lady at the reception was fantastic. She had a great attitude and was very helpful with any questions/issues I had. The chef was also very friendly and helpful.

Location is not the best

Great location on airport side of downtown. Downtown within walking distance. The beaches are on the other side of the city. Perfect transfer to the airport. No parking (I think); but good chance for stopping behind the hotel.

The breakfast and restaurant were very good with the nice rooftop even if a bit windy. The chef Jose was super welcomed and kind and gave us very good advice about the places to visit for our only day at Praia. The location is good, few minutes from the airport, not far from the Plato and you can go easily to Quebra Canela by taxi or bus. Would recommend this place if you go to Praia.

The hotel offered a transfer from the airport but we missed each other due to a several hour flight delay with no updates for the arrival time. They also assisted with providing me with guidance on how much I should pay to get around the island by taxi. They even dropped me off in another part of town on my first morning there. On check out, they provided me with a shuttle to the airport without my asking. Also, the room was nice and clean.

The location of the room was in the front of the hotel which is quite noisy. The hotel faces a noisy street so if facing that direction, you will hear loud music and traffic early morning and late at night. Also, although there is hot water, it only lasts a very short amount of time. Not enough time to sudds up your body.

The hotel itself is a good standard hotel. Due due its location near the airport the hotel is very good, if you have a late arrival or early departures. The hotel supports with an airport transfer, which worked out very well. But the most important thing to highlight is the roof top restaurant, where they serve a fantastic fresh and handmade breakfast with big choice. What a surprise, especially as it is included in the normal rate. Don´t miss it!

Nice located hotel (10min by foot to plateau, 5 min to the main beaches by taxi, ca. 1€) The rooms are modern, clean and well equipped with a fridge, television. The room service was good and caring. We enjoyed especially the breakfast on the terrace which was diverse and freshly prepared. The restaurant has a daily changing menu with is worth to try. In general the service was really attentive, helpful and gave good tips for the stay. I would recommend this hotel for anybody who wants to stay on Praia/Santiago.

Staff were great, breakfast on roof terrace was good, restaurant good but little expensive. Shuttle service excellent.

No tea or coffee facilities in room although advertised, owner did not speak English but managed with other staff, wifi was temperamental at times.

We stayed here for the second time to cover the time for a transit in Praia. The facilities and service are on international standards. There in an ample breakfast on the terrace. Service is friendly and helpful - Portuguese, French and English are spoken by different staff. Cleanliness is impeccable. The reliable 24/7 airport transport takes around 10 minutes and provided at the same rate as the local taxis. The "Prato" city center can be reached by walking 10 minutes. The most beautiful beach "Quebra Canela" can be reached inexpensively by taxi in 10 minutes. The "Sucupira" starting point for "aluguer" shared rides is 5 minutes to walk.

The city of Praia is noisy on weekdays so we had to sleep with the windows closed and air conditioning on. But that would be a problem for any hotel here.

The staff were extremely nice to us as soon as we arrived. We were looking for a nice hotel near the airport that was affordable and this was exactly it. We were also surprised to enjoy breakfast in a lovely terrace. As a sign of the incredible staff we checked out but forgot to return the key as we were in a hurry, we realized at the airport and were going to head back but the hotel already sent somebody to the airport to get it back and saved us the trip, great great staff.

The hotel staff is very friendly and responsive. We arrived to the airport in the middle of the night and they still offered a pick-up. The rooms are well-equipped and neat. There is a good French-style breakfast on the roof terrace. The hotel does sell SIM cards and helps with the setup.

This hotel is about 5 minutes on foot far from the Plateau. They offer rental car and they can give you a sim card (CVmovel) with 5GB at 700 CVE (less than 7€). We have rented a car and we bought the sim card, it was all good. The owner and the staff are friendly and kind. The breakfast is excellent, with continental, sweet and typical food. It's worth it. I recommend this hotel, here you can find the real Morabeza!

The staff there is just extremely careful and friendly. From the reception to the great breakfast (more than worth it) to the cleaning staff, they are all worth meeting them. Comfortable bed and 2relaxing nights as a result. Close to everything in Praia

The extra service (taxi from the harbour) is a little high priced compared to the market.

Great place to stay! Strategic position, staff is very helpful, friendly and available. Rooms are well decorated and cozy, with a recently renewed bathroom. And breakfast is a plus: lots of fresh and local products, I really enjoyed my stay!
