Die Kommunikation beim Ankommen, da es keine Strassennamen gibt ...

Communication parfaite avec le propriétaire et Ricardo son ami est venu nous chercher à 01h du matin à l’aéroport.
Ricardo est très utile pour les novices de l’ile de Santiago.
Prévoir un peu de marche pour aller au centre de Praia mais il y a les taxis. Resto à proximité etc…

Appartement moderne, très spacieux et lumineux. Bien équipé. Le quartier est calme et tranquille.
La serrure de la porte de l’immeuble est capricieuse.

Certain supermarkets on main street with good choice of fresh food, meat, fresh bread , Wine and what is needed for self catering.
Nice well working stove top and gas oven kitchen for self catering up to 3 person ID say.
A roof top terrace, great for relax in evening breeze with a beer and look across Praia and into the Stars:-)
Kitchen was not eqipped with garlic press , normal Toaster, normal Filter coffee machine.
Would be a nice add to the kitchen.
Also a few more plates in case a family arrives.
But for 1-2 persons equipment was ok.

It was very nice flat with a lot of useful stuff inside. The host is welcoming. Near the flat locate many shops, bakeries and other.

The house has everything you might need and in a very central location. Air conditioning in all rooms which is indispensable and very close to the beaches in the city of Praia. Would definitely recommend!

This is not the first time we have stayed in these apartments. Everything, as everything is always fine. Very comfortable modern apartments, equipped with everything necessary for living. The owner is always in touch and ready to help with any problems that arise. I recommend it.

Is Good supermarket. "Meu supermercado" at main street with good sortiment and fresh meat plus Charcuterie to buy at fresh counter. Also fresh bread and Portuguese sweet bakery there! Appartomento was in perfect order. Access to the roof with fresh air and nice views across city and the sea. Good place to look and enjoy one Straella 😉 cerveza . The appartement is also fully air-conditioned and quiet at night. Great place for a longer stay also. Internet Good!

The property is beautiful the apartment is clean and well decorated , it has everything you need which was very handy to me I love the air conditioner works wonders I will definitely come back in the future, beyond satisfied with everything. Huge thank you to joao the host for his time and service.
Only thing I didn’t really like was the dogs barking at night !
