Christos went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, he warmly welcomed us and provided us with all the information we needed to explore the area. He was incredibly helpful in recommending local attractions and activities, making our trip even more enjoyable.
The villa itself was amazing super clean and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in every aspect of the accommodation was evident, and we felt right at home throughout our stay.

The villas are cozy and located in a good place to head off to all the interesting places in the west of Pelion. Christos the host was very welcoming and informative. He even gave us some beach chairs and offered us coffee to go on our way back to Thessaloniki, which was very nice!
The villa was mostly clean, expect for the bathroom, which felt a bit moldy and didn't smell well. The rooms were very small, which made it difficult to put our suitcases and also felt unventilated.
In general, it felt like it needed a better maintenance.

The location allowed us to explore more of the beautiful mountain of Pelion. The beach was ridiculously close, it was awesome to be able to be there in a matter of minutes. The facilities and service was fantastic. Overall, would definitely do it again. The feeling of the dwelling was particular, very nicely decorated and felt very welcoming.

Great location right next to the beach. Kato Gatzea is a beautiful village by the sea with a lot of restaurants and cafes. The villa was spotlessly clean and the swimming pool gives the villa a very relaxing atmosphere to enjoy with friends or family. Overall, amazing experience with a very welcoming touch.

Almost fully perfect. If I can pick anything it is that the upstairs tv did not have internet connection (main tv has) which was not a big deal.

the villa located 200 m from the sea but you feel like 2 km. cause it's pretty dark and you cant see the water. also the location is not close to a nice beach
