The location was great easy access to Baveno Stresa Mattarone and the Borromee islands. The cottage had a great lake view.

Amazing property! The host was very helpful (suggesting great restaurants, renting a boat and so on). The highlight are the garden and the view of the lake. The cottage has anything you need: well equipped kitchen, washing machine and a BBQ in the garden. It is suited for a family or a group of friends. Important is that the living room is separate from the kitchen, so there are 3 separate rooms in total! Overall it is great value for the money! Will definitely come back!

Absolutely stunning location. The view of the lake and surrounding mountains was unbelievable, the moment you manage to manoeuvre your rental car up the tight alley drive in, you are in paradise. The hosts live next door and are available 24/7 for your wishes, we received a fully stuffed welcome basket and lots of information material for Baveno and it’s surroundings. The place is comfortable for 6 adults - plus small children. A big kitchen for family meals and an outdoor bbq and huge garden for spring summer days and evenings. We will be back!

Nothing really. Recommend to stay when the weather is nice as the outdoor garden of the house is what really make the stay.

The oanaroma Lake view and the well equipped house. So close te the Sweet Villages of Baveno and to the Lake sight (approx 1 km)

The shower on the first floor could get a bit more pressure.

We loved every single thing. The cottage, the impeccably clean and manicured gardens, the decor, EVERYTHING,....AND THE VIEW !.... ( to die for) ..... our hosts were convivial, kind, and offered excellent suggestions.... plenty of material available for venues in the area..... a fabulous bargain for the money.....grocery and outdoor market close by.... kitchen had all the utensils necessary, clothes washer, was typical European style, and drying rack provided..... we particularly liked the privacy, and the sun in the mornings on our own patio off the living room... oh,.... did I mention how spacious the rooms were?..... very, very spacious.....we just loved our week

The hosts !!! - Angela and Alberto seem to be doing what they are passionate about - making guests happy by going the extra mile - a cute welcome basket, precise advice on what to eat where, Alberto’s surprise Tiramisu for us, Italian tips on how to cook, Angie’s handholding to help shop at local weekly farmer’s market ; The location - absolutely brilliant with a view and setting to die for .. you have super view of Lago maggiore while you can access boats and downtown with a 12 minute walk ; The accommodation - spacious, clean, well equipped.. nice garden and lovely table to have meals outside with a great view and an adequate kitchen to cook them in.

Mosquitoes- like at all lake locations but easily managed with a repellent lotion. No mosquitoes in the house though .
