The flat was spacious and nicely furnished. The best feature was the location which was right opposite the lake. Our room was on the first floor facing the lake itself.

Nothing wrong at all

We spent six nights here and would have gladly stayed longer. We had a large room with balcony at the front with a wonderful view over Lago Maggiore. The hotel also has a roof terrace with views over the lake and the town. There's one word that describes this hotel - location! You're in the centre of Baveno just across the street from the ticket office of Navigazione Lago Maggiore and seconds away from bars and restaurants. The hotel is unmanned so you have to check in at Hotel Tre Ponti in Verbania first. This is no problem if you're coming from the north but involves a slight detour if you're coming from the south. All in all an excellent Hotel from which to explore the Lago Maggiore area and one that we have no hesitation recommending.
