The staff is friendly and helpful

We paid extra specifically to utilize the spa-bath, but it is not functioning. The other geusts were extremely loud and every footstep and chair move was heard Sunday morning from 00:30 until past 04:00. Between that and their loud voicing we didnt sleep at all. I am extremely disappointed to have paid almost R400 extra for a room per night, to not be able to use full amenities and also to NOT sleep.

Breakfast was delicious! We especially appreciated the guard that opened for us just before midnight, as nothing went as planned for us to be able to book in earlier. We also reported a leaking kettle the one morning and on return the night, it was replaced. We will definitely go back again!

Minor things: The music at the restaurant is just too loud most of the time. You can't have proper conversations with the people at your table, or over the phone. I wanted to order an even cheaper meal than the Foundry breakfast, but I was not allowed to, as there is only one option for guests staying at the Foundry. We had to buy our own milk, as there were only 2 sachets of Cremora in the room the night we arrived.

Breakfast needs some more improvement. At lease have like a buffet breakfast serving fruits and muffins.

There's no variety of food to choose from.

Mushrooms, We had asked for the mushrooms to be removed from our plates but they were brought anyway

Breakfast was delicious well presantable nice and clean the waiter was friendly all of them they we so welconing from reception the guy Tawanda thanks to him everything was easier he show us the plance ,we where so happy about everything.

Dirty, dusty and no power

Just lovely. Clean and gorgeous

Booked family room. My daughter ended up 300 m away in separate fasility. Dusty, bathrooms old and run down. Could not shower as the shower did not drain. Daughter bed was full of sand. Rooms windows can not open. No air-conditioning. Did I mention the dust. Booked with breakfast. Got too restaurant and it was closed. Were tlod too come back after 8h00. This is not 4 star it should be no star.
