I had the most relaxing and best stay at far out inn. the staff were just so lovely and helpful, helping me call taxis and with my bags as well. I would have loved a little more privacy on the shared balcony, but it wasn't too bad for me because I was staying alone. The view was heaven!

As mentioned, I would hav loved a little bit more privacy on the balcony, or when my balcony door was open, as guests could see into my room.

Fantastic views over the bay. Booked one of the balcony rooms at the top. Beautiful big room, gorgeous bathroom with full size bath and shower. Beautiful building. Friendly welcoming staff. Exceptionally clean.

As listed it is 300 steps down to the promenade, no problem getting down. Got taxis back up mainly after a day out, but cheap enough. Room really needs a TV and fridge and would make the stay more comfortable. Only 1 pillow each which were not full size, did request 2 more but they did not arrive. Jacuzzi not working in bathroom. Balcony is shared so your privacy does feel compromised, would be so much better if separated.

Great location

The hotel has been redecorated plain white and with cheap fittings, it is no longer attractive "shabby chic" as shown in the advert pictures, also there are no communal areas or garden. The balcony is not private and mostly in the shade a d the view obstructed by a lift that is no longer usable. I also gave notice I would be arriving a day late but no refund was offered.

The accommodation was super clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The view of the beach and the horizon with the blinds open overnight will remain with me as a memory, as will the good-natured charm of Aintzane the host/receptionist who was amazing. Loved the experience...

Gorgeous views, great location and quiet. Pet friendly, which is a huge bonus and the staff were very flexible and understanding. Would go back in a heart beat.

Room would've benefitted TV for the days with extreme weather. We had a terrace and the windows leaked in the storm. The parking was a little awkward and we couldn't get our car out in heavy rain.

Very good location with good hygiene and paid private parking, which is a must have when staying close to the beach and town center.

Walls can be a bit thin, but nothing to complain about since it is an old restored house.

The view is simply amazing. The inn is located on a small hill, so I personally think that gives you a better view than hotels on the beach. It takes only five minutes to walk to the beach and is easy to get to the city center. The shared bathroom was no issue for me as it was always kept very clean. I would strongly recommend this place.

Location was difficult for walking, no staffing at night after 9 pm and staffing only from 3 to 9pm, property needed a lot of clean up and loving care, way over priced. Very disappointed with the property and Booking.com’s failure to do their homework properly by recommending this property at an exorbitant price. We have lost confidence in your service and lack of due diligence.

the views were absolutely perfect over the bay from the balcony. very comfortable and quirky room. definitely shabby chic. the bed was very comfortable fabulous shower good to have a tea and coffee tray with real coffee, as these are often lacking in Spain.

I only marked this down as it was too expensive for a place with no breakfast. whilst the views were incredible, it needs some renovations. it needs more electric sockets and the balconies were in need of paint and tiling. a locking door to the balcony would be good and a screen between each balcony. what you are not told is that it is up a long hill or over 250 steps from La Concha beach. once there, no shop, bar or restaurant nearby.

There were nowhere to store anything like milk which was tricky as there were no breakfast facilities nearby.

The bed was good

Dirty, exposed to a road with a lot of traffic. We could feel the pollution in our room. Staff was very unpleasant, and made us pay 10 euros because we were 10 minutes late.

Clean room

Very difficult to find since gated. 300 step go go down to the beach (and to come back up).

Staff is indeed friendly. Location is quite decent: with just 242 steps on the nearby stair and one is at the beach. This was really convenient.

This would be a nice guest house if it were maintained properly. And yes, we understand that a building being exposed to the Atlantic has a lot of wear and tear. The house is not easy to find when driving by a car - some proper signaling would have been nice. The house seems to be owned by multiple parties and only one is running it as a guesthouse. Meaning that you cannot access the terrace, which would have provided a nice view to the beach. All rooms are street facing and rather noisy. Rooms are not cleaned during the stay. Room itself quite crammed with lots of old stuff not really required. Given the high price and the low standard this was a disappointment.
