Unserious people who do not honor their reservations. We made a reservation on Wednesday at this accommodation for one night (March 3/4), and on Friday when we were supposed to stay, we were contacted by the owner, telling us that he could no longer receive us at accommodation, because he has an event in the family.

The apartment has parking in the courtyard and is is close to medical centers, which was what we needed for our stay in Cluj related to a medical problem.

The ground floor apartment needs renovation and the cleaning has to be improved!

The host was very friendly and made sure that our accomodation will be a good one. We found a big open space clean apartment, cozy, with private parking. It's very easy to reach downtown from here as the location is near it. Overall very satisfied with the service and stay!

The location is great, close to the city center. The accommodation was decent. Parking space is available.

The bed was awful, the mattress is so old and used, malformed, I couldn't sleep at all. Also, there is a cracked mirror above the bed, it didn't make feel safe sleeping there.

The apartment was clean and had all the amenities needed for 1 night that we have spent there. The host was also very friendly and helpful.

Private parking, few minute walking to centrum of City, satelite Channels in TV, full kitchen with gas burners, microvawe, toster, electric kattle, coffe set etc. Big area, nice bed.

The house is big, warm welcome by a lady who was speaking only Romanian but tried her best and was really nice to us

Not a super nice neighborhood, furniture are a bit old and not super comfortable, but in the end a couple of days here are ok

the cleaning was not awesome we thought that we will stay in another room, but only this one was available then there was some demolishing work that started early in the morning, i mean when you gave guests it's good if you can think about their stay, anyway we were leaving early, but other guests could be bothered

Price and location was good. Clean and overall decent for the money. There is parking options in the yard and outside of it. Have no complaints, only some suggestions.

Some improvements and suggestions for the owner: You receive only one key. If you are a party of 3-4 and you have different activities, good luck coordinating. Good news is that there's an intercom tough. No large towels. Beds small for two, barely fits larger people and they are uncomfortable, for one night it's okay. No shower curtain in lower bathroom. No hook for the showerhead either in the same bathroom. Lower room has glossy tiles, which are very slippery. Bring slippers when you visit or you will likely slip on the floor after shower. One toilet paper roll per bathroom is not enough for 2-4 people using the bathroom for one day. The lower room/kitchen area + toilet could use a bit of an upgrade. There was old water left in the kettle and someone's food was still in the fridge when we arrived. Didn't touch those. Should be more attentive to detail before handing over the keys to a guest.
