Room size.

Having resourced before booking it was clearly known that apartment is located at Budva,but reality is different,it is not an Budva.

You can't beat the locatiion, especially the view from the balcony. The apartment is nicely furnished and generally very comfortable.

The apartment could use some upkeep. Nothing major, but there're things to be fixed, such as the shower door and some electrical outlets.

The view from the apartment is fabulous, the balcony as well. Going down 2 elevators you reach beach, terraces and market.

We specifically requested for parking place and got confirmation we will be provided one. However when we arrived we were told to go to a paying public parking, because the owners didn't have any more parking places available at the location. The paying public parking is 1 km away and no pedestrian sidewalk available. Eventually we managed to park on one of the 3 free available for everyone places at the location by luck, but didn't dare move the car for 4 days. Parking in montenegro is a huge issue and makes the experience of the stay go down.

Was really great location. The people really looked after us. They really helped with any queries we had and made a plan. They were amazing. The everyday cleaning was unexpected and very much appreciated. Had a great stay. Awesome location for families.

The only thing was the shower that wasn't totally inclosed. More worried about the water that can cause damage.

location and view from the balcony are great! big rooms; nice beds. the air conditioner is only in leaving the room so to cool bedrooms you need to sleep with open doors. ( it was +37 when we were there). daily room cleaning is available and awesome!

it was no property address and we didn't notice that when we booked ( apparently that building has not had one) on the booking and no instructions on how to get to the property, except the general area. when we entered Montenegro and try to call the host it was no answer. i emailed via link to let know the host that we don't know how to find them and got an email back with another phone number to call, but no instructions. that phone number wasn't working for us ( when we tried to dial it was just short beeping). we drove to a place marked on booking and ended up stuck on a narrow street full of tourists, cars blocking a one-way drive forward, and had to back a long way up trying not to hit people walking in a middle of a street; Thank god we have friends in Montenegro, we call them and they were able to reach that 2nd number from a local phone; the number on a booking apparently is not a mobile number and cannot accept text and caller wouldn't see missed calls. The lady my friends reached told them that she is waiting for us toby the road (main freeway) and very worried. I have no idea how they expected us to know where and how, and who to find without the proper address. Also, they told our friend that they didn't expect us to come by car and didn't book us a car spot ( it way on booking that parking available, and not notes about need for reservation), but she found one. After we met with them everything was fine and our stay was pleasant, but the initial communication was poor, and if not for our friends we would be forced to pay for some other place.

Very good location, easy go to beach by elevator, lot of restaurant nearby, very big and clean rooms
