Location is amazing and easy to get to everything either walking or the ferry stop is real close. Felt like you were staying with the locals and there’s a lovely little bar 1 away with the main Street there being really lively.

Because it was in a cute little alley way there wasn’t much to see out the windows

Would like if there was a microwave there. Cooker hob was slow to heat and instructions re same for safety. USB outlet

Great location. Plenty of food and coffee next door. Co-Op shop just along the road. Fishmongers next door for fresh seafood.

No one told me about switching the water heater on. Had to work it out myself.

Excellent location in a quieter corner of Venice.

We couldn't get the Aircon to work which was the only downside

Very nice location close to the Biennale locations and the green park. Was very easy to take the keys. Studio was clean and had almost everything needed. Betty the host was welcoming and explained everything in advance via chat.

Unfortunately, there was no washing machine and the closest automatic laundry was 25 min walk from the place. I stayed in July and it was very hot outside so that was the only one minus for this appartment.

The property was located ideally away from the hustle and bustle of San Marco square etc and we definitely got our daily steps in walking to and from all the main sites in Venice. There was a wide range of restaurants, cafés and bars nearby, as well as a couple of supermarkets for when we fancied eating in/making up a snack. Betty provided a nice range of basics for us, and we went to the Coop on Via Garibaldi for anything else we needed, a 3-min walk from the apartment. The shower was awesome, although we found it took a minute or so for the hot water to come through, and the air con was very much appreciated! Additional pillows were available in the wardrobe, and we each had a hand towel and small bath towel to use.

The advert for this property contains images of two separate properties (i.e. one with a bigger kitchen and a separate bedroom, and another which is more of a studio). We'd therefore misunderstood the room setup and thought there was more space in the living room so had intended for one of us to sleep in the bedroom and the other on the sofa bed in the living room, however we couldn't find any additional bedding, and as the living room was a bit smaller than anticipated, we decided just to share the bed instead. There's no door to the bedroom, so there's not as much privacy as you might expect, however if you're travelling as a couple/family, this shouldn't be an issue.

Great location, super clean, and everything we needed for a few days in Venice and the Art Biennale.

No complaints at all.
