What an amazing stay! We got the balcony room that looks right onto the canals, and it was so beautiful and peaceful. Amazing locarion, easy to walk to everything and very clean.

The early check out at 10:30 was a bit unpleasant but they kept my luggage and ordered taxi for me Make sure you have everything before 6 as they close the reception!

My husband and I had a lovely stay at the Domus Superior. Our room was very clean and we were provided with water and wine. The location is perfect and within walking distance to many tourist spots. Domus Superior was very accommodating and even helped us get a water taxi right to their water entrance for an easy departure. If we are lucky enough to visit Venice again, we will most definitely be booking a stay with Domus Superior

We could see a view of the canal from our room so we loved opening the windows and hearing the gondolas ride by with people singing.

the location is amazing! it’s not a hotel, more an apartment so don’t expect breakfast.

The bathroom door wouldn’t lock but other than that, the property is amazing.

We can’t recommend Domus Superior highly enough from the room, comfort, location, to view and value for money. We stayed in a superior room with canal view in room 3B on 3rd floor which was as per the pictures on website. It was amazing to watch the gondolas go by and hear the singing which was magical and you could see this from all 4 windows. The location is 5 mins from the main area, right beside St Marks Square and the designer shops to the beautiful churches. Cross the bridge to go on the gondolas. You are beside restaurants and cafes so no hassle getting food. The owners were so helpful and nothing was a problem. We found the bed very comfortable and room large for Venice. There is water and coffee supplied. There is a mini fridge and TV with Netflix in English. We loved the decor of the room and in the dresser they even supplied a travel plug, which I thought was brilliant if you were caught short. We really had the best 3 days staying here and would stay again. This is a gem of a premise which has a fab location right in the heart of Venice and all the sights. Don’t hesitate to book. Venice is beyond beautiful and so is this room.

Nothing negative - the only thing was our fridge did not seem to work but we were out all the time and I never even mentioned this to the owners whom I know would attend to that straight away. Everything is supplied cups, glasses and bottle opener. The stairs may be a problem for some but not us. It’s really a beautiful premises and room. Just loved Venice and this premises made our stay all that more magical. The owners replied to all our messages and queries before we arrived which was so helpful. Highly recommend on every front.

It was a fabulous place to stay, so central and the room was lovely. Chiara organised a water taxi because we got in very late. The property was clean and the location was perfect. Would defiantly stay again if we were visiting.
