Martim was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was roomy and very clean and the two balconies were perfect for the evenings!

This was a great place to spend the night while in Porto Santo! The location was central to destinations, including shops, restaurants and the beach. The apartment was bright, clean, well appointed and comfortable. The host went out of his way to help with recommendations, and was very accessible. Definitely recommend!

Big cosy apartment, 2 wc, kitchen well enough equiped. 2 min to super Pingo Doce. 15 min to normail beach. Good view from the balcony!

Noise ( especially Friday-Sunday) Double bed - this matrass must be changed.

Location was perfect, in the center and close to all the shops. Was welcomed upon arrival. The apartment was the perfect size for a large family. We absolutely loved staying here and would quite easily stay again. Thank you for the amazing hospitality.

The Apartment has everything you need and is in the Center of the Town. We had a Really big TV (75" or something like that) so you could watch some shows in the evening.

The location of the flat is very central and the flat was very clean.

We like very much this apartment style, comfort, balcony, birds singing in the morning. Aparment location is excellent right in the center but silent. Kitchen is very good equiped! Host was very kind and allow us to be longer in apartment because our ferry was later. Attitude was excellent also from cleaning lady who helped us with bags. We will return here and will recomend our friends😊

Central location, good access to beach, taxies, restaurent and car hire. Martim is a very approachable host and he helped us with storing luggage as we arrived early by the morning 8 am flight and he also accommodated us for an early check in, as soon as the cleaning was done.

Late checkout was possible. The flat is huge and perfect for 4 ppl. It has a great kitchen with lots of equipment. Bedrooms have a great size. The supermarket next door is a huuuuuuge plus; espcially in combination with the great ktichen ;-)

- There was a misscommunication with the checkin time. I selected one time on the form but communicated another one in the chat afterwards. Maybe it was my fault. But on the other hand they resolved it very nicely! - Parking lot's are also a bit rare and you need to pay for them from 8 to 8. (but we had been out during the day anyhow...) - Internet was also VEEERRRYYYY slow! (but not a big problem because of great 4g connection)

We just spent four wonderful nights in the "penthouse" two bedroom apartment. It is the whole top floor in the main picture including the "huge" terrace which had the most amazing views looking out to the sea. The bus from the ferry stops almost opposite from the apartment which is very convenient. You basically have the whole top floor including that huge terrace. The apartment is very spacious with every conceivable thing you require. The furniture although dated, as in the photo's does not detract from the comfort and the apartment was very clean. The kitchen in particular had every conceivable item you would require for a long stay. Another huge plus point was having a modern Pingo Doce supermarket just 50m away, which also had a hot meals carry out section if required. Communications from the owner Martim were excellent and he kindly allowed us to drop our bags off after arriving on the morning ferry and extend our departure time which was very much appreciated. In summary, great value for money, very central and convenient with the most amazing terrace. We could easily have happily stayed on much longer...... loved it.

The terrace would need a large sun parasol in the very hot months....

It is a beautiful house with a fantastic terrace with beatiful views. It is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It really exceeded our expectations.

Everything was good.

Ideally situated, appartement is big and beautiful with everything you can possibly need. Communication with manager is excellent and all the questions are resolved immediately.

Nothing really. Some of the equipment could be upgraded (shower and washing machine), still everything is in perfect working order.

Carla was awaiting us. She was guiding us to the apartment and provided us a good introduction. Bars, bistros, shopping mall etc. in close vicinity to the condominium - very convenient. The host Martim and Carla were very responsive to satisfy our wishes. We could enjoy a late check out due to late departure of our flight. Great hospitality! Thank you for that!
