Eggs at breakfast

The location is nice and they agreed for a late check out which is quite nice on Porto Santo as the ferry leaves at 1800.

Everything was very 80's so very outdated No power outlets near the bed, the table in the room is so low that you cant fit a chair and legs under it. Some hangers but no real places to put other clothes. No coat hangers in the room. No soundproofing at all on the room door.

Did not realise that Porto Santo was a 2 hour ferry ride from Madeira. There are no roads from Madeira to Porto Santo. I was absolutely disappointed with the Booking.com booking system, why would a search for a hotel in Fuchal return results for Porto Santo? My mistake though was making a non-refundable booking and the hotel refused my offer of a partial refund.

Hoping the hotel would meet me halfway and give me a partial refund.

Breakfast was good, but you need different kinds of wholewheat bread. Add an elevator. Otherwise, a lovely well placed hotel. Kind regards

Having to pay for the beach towels. Not necessary.

Breakfast was decent, very basic, rolls, bread, cereal, meat & cheese, no eggs, pancakes, or waffles. Location on the other hand was amazing with excellent, friendly staff. The hotel was also spotless, very clean; you could eat off the floors!

Really not much, maybe better breakfast and more comfy mattress.

Breakfast very simple. Rooms not well noise-isolated, you can hear everything from the street.
