Small details and imperfections that I can’t expect for this amount of money. But I encounter same things on way more expensive locations.

The location is central. it is between the marina and the old town. Bars and restaurants are on the doorstep. The building in on the first line, the beach is just across the road. The beach is very civilized with sun lounges, toilets, changing rooms etc. The flat is super clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. All you need is there. There is a TV, I didn't use it, don't know if there are only local channels. A hairdryer, an iron, towels including a beach towel. Aircon. There are two balconies with a sea view. The balcony is shaded which is great in summer as it doesn't get too hot, and you can work on a laptop without sun shining in your eyes or the laptop. wifi worked ok. Overall it's nice for partying or if you want to stay really close to the beach.

The entrance is on a side street which is quite rough (rubbish bins) but it didn't bother me. There is a night club downstairs which is opened on Fridays and Saturdays. You can't hear the music, but you can hear basses. It woke me up, I thought there was an earthquake. At 3 am all the crowd comes out from the club and smokes downstairs. This might be convinient if you plan partying.

Everything was very clear and tidy. Very polite and friendly owner!

Just The curtain of the bedroom needs to be more thick for the sun.

Everything is great, there is all you may need in the apartment. Upon check-in, we were greeted by the owner. He showed us everything and handed over the keys. The apartment itself is bright and clean.

The floors are cold, but in Cyprus, it's like that almost everywhere. Just be ready for that and prepare your slippers :)

Location is superb. Just across the beach and can enjoy the sea view everyday. Many restaurants, bars, pubs and kiosks are around the area and very convenient to get food and drinks. The host is very friendly and helpful. He even offered us welcome water on arrival. Plus he recommended the good wine. The apartment is super clean, can't even see any spot.

The apartment is really comfortable, equipped with everything needed for a holiday!

All is perfect -- location is excellent -- in the center of everything. The flat looks new and modern, clean. The view is fantastic. Masks, sanitizers and free water were available.

Not very spacios, yet comfortable for 3. The entrance is a bit unpleasant -- via trashcans. Lack of bath stuff, no welcoming fruits & wine)) But generally all is good

If you are looking for a nice apartment next to the beach, look no further. This place is perfect - newly renovated, sparkling clean in a killer location. In addition to that, the host is a very nice guy with excellent positive attitude. One of the nicest places I have ever stayed in. Easily accommodated our family of four. Thumbs up!

Everything was really nice and clean. The owner of apartment suggested to meet us at the airport what was also really nice and unexpected. The location is perfect, view from windows is fantastic and apartment has everything we needed.
