well, what can i say? Costas is one of the best hosts i ever met. House - perfect place made with love. Place - very quiet place in a middle of Larnaca. 30 seconds to Saint Lazarus church, 1 minute to cafes, 5 mins to the beach and beachside restaurants Best luck, Costas.

A very clean house, made with love, that feels in every small thing. We enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, the terrace is big, with a garden, we even saw a mantis one evening. Very close to the sea, to Saturday market and the St Lazarus Church is just across the street. Thank you, Maria and Costas, we hope to see you again

The house is as central as it gets, the owners, Maria and Costas are very hospitable, and the whole experience is a truly pleasant one. I won't look for another place in Larnaca. This is just perfect.

Kostas met us at the airport, Maria was waiting for us at the house. They explained us everything and apart from the keys, they left us with the fridge generously filled for the first hours upon arival and beyond. The house is simple and yet has everything you could need / think of, is two steps from both the shops and the beach. You will love eating outside in your own little garden, and having your children not locked inside while you are preparing dinner or having a glass of wine in the evening. Wi-fi works perfectly, and so does air-conditioning, the microwave oven and the stove. We needed help with finding specific product pharmacies in Larnaca did not have - the hosts found it for us and brought it claiming "no problem". Everything you usually buy was in the house already - from salt to toilet paper - when something finishes, you just refill, but you do not have to be heading towards a supermarket at all on the day of your arrival. Kostas and Maria take care of Mama's house with love and attention, and it shows throughout your stay there. We felt at home - and so will you. :)

Privacy in a town centre and location.

The hosters (Kostas and Maria) are exceptional, they were very friendly and kind, during all our stay. They pick up us at the airport, and they have some fruits, water and other drinks for the first impact. The house is very nice, clean, big, and has everything we needed. It is very well equippped. It is really a very beautiful place and well decorated. Moreover, it has a beautiful outside yard, garden, barbecue , seats and tables to have your meals outside or to simple to rest. The house is very well localized, near the beach, the supermarkets, the shops, etc... Although it is in the centre, there is no noise. It is a quiet area. We really enjoy our stay.

The location is very beautiful, more beautiful than in the pictures! The house is warm and cozy, worked with care and love, perfect for families with children but not only, is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy fresh air, quiet and starry sky. The hosts, Maria and Costas, are extraordinary! They are the best host! They accepted us to check-in earlier, they picked us up from the airport. They waited for us, at home, with food and fresh fruits, water, milk, wine and beer, actually more than everything you need for at least one day. They answered to all our questions, requests and all the time they looked for the best solution for us. They are very kind and helpful! The house is very well equipped, you have a lot of plates and pots in the kitchen, you have even a huge barbeque in the yard and a washing machine. The house is perfectly located: 3 minutes from the beach (walking distance), near the supermarket and pharmacies, behind the Church of St. Lazarus, close to public transportation, close to the central promenade of the city. The area is very quiet.

It was what we really wanteed. House is located in the center but quiet place. Everything was close to us: beach, shop, minimarket, restorant. Our kids played in the garden during hot time. We will never stay at hotels in the future. Kostas and Maria are very hospitable people. They provide us with the free transfer from and to airport. Thanks for all!
