The simpaty of Yuliya who did everything she could to help us. The apartment has washing machine and also the soap to use in it, which helped very much as we were travelling for 20 days already and could wash some clothes. Evething in the apartment was working fine so it was very compact and had evething we needed.

The windows were dificult to close sometimes but as we were at the fourth floor we did’t have to worry about security.

very comfortable, mostly the bed. it’s was very cozy. the balcony was also super good. bathroom was very big and spacious. there was a good kitchen with everything. it’s a small but very good place. worth the money.

not really anything. maybe that there wasn’t an oven.

very nice apartment!! we had everything we need to make dinner in the apartment. it was clean and closed to the train station (about 7 min by foot) and very easy to find. we arrived with car and it was Sunday so we paid only for one day because on Sunday it’s free to park next to the apartment. for one day it cost us 18€.

Therewas no mirror in the second bedroom. The wine glasses were plastic😁. not a big deal. I just like wine in glass.

- poor check in experience with an unpleasant man not open to discussion and giving us no option. - no possibility to leave the luggage after check out without advance notice (we saw the sign saying that you have to ask the day before before 9pm while we arrived at the studio at 11pm). - studio with a bed and a sofa bed, no bedroom and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable, worst night ever while we are easy persons - over priced for a low quality of service and poor equipment, a shame!

Easy instructions to the apartments. They were clean, modern, excellent air conditioning, and easy location from the train station and to the center and port.

Everything was perfect, easy check-in and amazing location. After long day in cinque terre you can relax on the balcony with a glass of wine or even watch netflix. We didn’t have any issues but Yulia made as sure, that she is ready to help and also answered our questions very fast. Definitely would stay there again, it was a pleasure!

Very cosy appartment. Location was excellent. It's very close to the train station so it was perfect to visit cinque terre. Host was also very friendly and helpful.

Very good equipped with everything you need for your stay. We were able to get parking for a reasonable price. The location is great: restaurants, train station, harbor all in walking distance. Good and easy communication.
