The property and location were amazing and hard to beat. The views are amazing and the property is in an ideal Location.

The Management company. Unfortunately, the management company appeared disorganised from the very beginning, from updating the number of guests, waiting to get into the property for 75 min, faulty air conditioning in one room for half the stay, and in general, the firm's communication in English was poor. We had a great trip but we were let down by the level of service of the management company which we are still awaiting a response on re the faulty air conditioning during a heat wave In the end, I feel we paid quite a bit for something that we did not fully get ie air conditioning in one of the bedrooms. The on-site staff were great it was the central office which I feel let the property and owners down and that is the only reason we did not give a higher score.
