La atención fue increíble en todo momento, además de la comodidad y relajo pese a lo sencillo del lugar. Escuchar el río es un placer. Está a sólo 7 minutos caminando de la estación de trenes y aunque es en subida es muy central, además de estar junto a las imperdibles termas. Lo recomendaría de todas maneras

Très humide mais la situation géographique et la proximité de la rivière n’aident pas

La atención, calidad y muy hospitalaria. Al llegar a la estación me estaban esperando para llevarme al lugar. Al hacer check inn se fijaron que al día siguiente era mi cumpleaños y en el desayuno nme cantaron el Cumple y me dieron un pan dulce xon una vela, hicieron que fiera un momento muy bello.

Tras haber rebuscado mucho porque todos los comentarios indicaban que Aguas Calientes es ruidoso (por el tren y por la gente) elegimos este hotel al lado de las termas y acertamos 100%. Estuvimos 2 noches y no tuvimos ruidos. Elegimos una habitación sin ventana. Todo limpio, ducha con buen chorro de agua caliente, el desayuno muy bien, con huevos, y vistas magníficas al río. Nos vinieron a buscar, sin cargo, pero eso lo suelen hacer aquí. También nos acompañaron a comprar el billete de bus a MP, cuando llegamos.

Très bon emplacement (juste à côté des sources d’eau chaude) personnel très accueillant et aidant. Vu que nous partions tôt au Machu Picchu, nous avons eu une lunch box. La chambre a une belle vue, la douche est grande

The staff were very kind, they helped in us a lot of ways. It’s located right next to the hot spring, also you don’t hear the noise of the train in comparison to other hotels. If you are going to Machipichu, the breakfast is a must, it really saved us. It was great for a 1 night stay.

The only thing that was missing is a curtain for window the shower, you can see everything when you are showering.

Great location, right next to thermal water spa, train station, restaurants, and inka trail. Staff is super welcoming and will work with you, great breakfast!

Extremely loud, you can hear everything, right next to trash, and river, noise comes from river, noise comes from all the people around you… if you going on the trail, get a comfortable place, this place is not ideal for sleeping

I got a big yet cozy room with an amazing view, the facilities are clean and true to the pictures. Hot water runs without issues and it had the comfiest bed and pillows I've slept in in a looong while.

Sadly, the Wi-Fi is terrible in almost all areas and it is crucial for my online studies, it barely reached my room and only sometimes. The bathroom has a huge window with no curtains facing the mountain, where there are inhabited little houses, no privacy while showering and it bothered me quite a bit. There is a loud construction next door, so I don't recommed to go soon (April 2023) if you plan to nap during the day or sleep in.

Clean and friendly Hotel, good breakfast. Located directly next to the river, enjoyed relaxing at the balcony listenibg to the endless stream of water.

This is nice little hostel located at the top of Aguas Calientes. Literally STEPS away from Baños Thermales. Perfect location with the sound of the rushing river right outside your window. Our room had a balcony with a stunning view of the mountain to the right. The roo. was comfortable and very clean! The staff - PERFECTION!! They accommodated us so well and made sure we remembered everything before our trek to Machu Picchu. They even offered to keep our bags down to the bus station at a time best suited to us after exploring all day - and the bus station is at the foot of the town’s hill and they didn’t hesitate to do it! We love amazing customer service and care like that and for that this place really deserves a 10/10!

I very much enjoyed the one-night stay only thing Wi-Fi was not the best - but that was probably due to the wood panelling. But we just stayed for a night and it really was nice to unwind and bond without technological distractions - plus we had data plans so we weren’t totally disconnected. There is no television either but you won’t miss it.
