what a lovely stay for a big family. the pool was spectacular and the facilities were great but the location is not near any walkable places. glad we had free tuk tuk services. the staff especially were amazing. Nay is an incredible host that goes out of her way to help. she needs a pay rise for her outstanding accommodation!!

Stay was awesome! Host was very friendly and accommodating to us in providing transport and answering any questions we may have. The tuktuk service to Aonang beach was very convenient. The villa is huge and of the right size for the 8 of us. Place is very neat, tidy and safe. Will definitely stay again when an opportunity arise. Thank you Narintara Villa for the wonderful experience.

lovely villa with amazing facilities

didn’t like the fact breakfast is not included in the room rate. the host was actually a bit rude not flexible in any way. we had a whole day of no electricity and we had to take a paid tour but we weren’t compensated fairly for that and the rate for that day was 6000 THB and it basically gone to waste as no electricity or water due to maintenance which wasn’t informed while booking. they should give us a free tour or their behalf

Villa is super huge. all the amenities are there. great for big families with the deep pool to enjoy. able to park 2 cars. free tuk2 available to go to ao nang beach. Before i booked ive read the reviews on customer complaining of the wooden deck beside the pool as it was slipper, was shocked to see when i came and they did listen to our reviews and change it to stone.. not slippery at all. thumbs up on that! other then that all is good!

Sink too high (especially for ladies), some taps were very loose

1 The TV in the main dining room has Netflix, Disney, YouTube and more! It was amazing (except it was in Thai although we managed to fix that) 2 Swimming pool was great, humongous, deep and comes with 4 cool glittery floats! 3 there were four bedrooms, two were inter connecting . They were big enough to play hide and seek in. 4 housekeeping is daily and very prompt 5 2 large bottles of water and free instant coffee and tea packs are refilled daily 6 full kitchen facilities with all sorts of utensils, plates and bowls and oven and microwave 7 a cat comes visiting every night quietly and we love it 8 the VALUE YOU GET FOR WHAT YOU PAY!! 9 Last but definitely not least is the very good service from our private concierge cum butler NAY. She was always telling us where to go, what to eat and all her recommendations worked out swimmingly well. She also made all the reservations for restaurants and island hopping etc. She is essential and indispensable to this villas!

1. The swimming pool decking was always peeling and slippery. (They will correct his in sep22)(they were very prompt to come and clear up the flooding when we ask) 2. The water kettle boils water that has a white residue. ( they were very nice people and I’m sure will change the kettle and toaster for us if we request for it - which we didn’t as we didn’t feel like bothering them too much) 3. The bread toaster was rusty 4 there was only one saucer plate (again we didn’t ask for more as we didn’t want to trouble but it seems good to highlight as there were so many bowls and plates but only 1 sauce/dip dish) 5. The dining room floor mat has a lot of insects and infested with ants. (Again they changed it immediately and left ant baits to clear the problem very quickly) 6. The wall switches are not labled thus a challenge to get to the right switch all the time. 7. The entrance to the small road entering the villa from the main road is under construction and our rental car bumper almost broke off due to the large bump (although this is not their fault)

The whole facility and how the staff were very accommodating. Would like to commend Nay for her excellent service as even when she was on off, she still put time to help us. 100% recommended and will definitely come back again.

The house is spacious with everything you could need! The staff were so accommodating and helpful. The tuk tuk service made our accommodation so convenient!

Everything was fantastic apart from the decking around the rooms/pool. It is incredibly slippery and needs to me rectified with tiles. The paint used to cover it has all peeled off and is not pleasant to walk on barefoot. We slipped and fell on numerous occasions. such a shame as this is the only thing stoping this villa being a 10/10.
