We booked two rooms and one of the room got upgraded to a suite which was generous and very comfortable. I especially like the carpeted floor. I like how the old courtyard got redone into comfortable rooms and the pool was a great bonus during the summer. I like the original style redone with comfort.
bees were buzzing around the pool and a few drowned in it.

Building is very romantic.
Very dark rooms with almost no windows.
Mattress extremely hard.
No parking despite other information on booking.

Idyllic, beautiful location. Extremely clean. Amazing service.
Nothing really! It would be an even better experience if the hotel had an in house restaurant since it’s actually quite difficult to find food in the area (especially for vegetarians or vegans)

nice breakfast (a little expensive), great pool area, room was nice!
a dog was barking at times through both nights. the bed side light switches were connected wrong an would only be on if every light in the room was on.

Amazing hotel in very silent village surrounded with wine yards. You enter the hotel and immediately feel comfortable, very good atmosphere every where. Everything is thought out, stylish. Very good breakfast with local
specialty' s. Excellent location to discover Alsace.

Extremely nice and helpful personnel. The hotel personnel were kind and booked us the tables from good restaurants, they even managed to book a table from 2 Michelin stars restaurant only in one week notice. Large, nice and good rooms.

And the location is perfect.
In total it was a very good stay

The hotel was gorgeous and so cute. We really enjoyed cooling off in the pool on a hot day. The hotel breakfast was very good as well, there were plenty of options to choose from pastries, fruit, cheese and ham.
The staff were very friendly and helped us to make restaurant bookings. Many of the restaurants were closed for holidays when we visited in August. The staff even called around to confirm and make reservations for us. This was so appreciated especially because our French is very poor.
The room itself was very comfortable and quite large. The bathroom felt very spacious.
Very minor things - my partner found the bed too firm, but I didn't mind it.

The hotel is situated in a small village a short walk away from the vineyards. Big rooms and friendly staff make the stay very pleasant. There is a self-service bar where you can buy local wines, coffee and water. A big play room is also available and open for everybody to use. The pool area is very nice and breakfast is served there during the summer months. All in all we really enjoyed our break in the Alsace wine country.
Beds could have more comfortable mattresses, at least for us they were quite hard.

worth visiting even just for the breakfast, very helpful staff, 5 star hotel experience in a family set up

The staff was very nice, friendly and made us feel at home. There was a "welcome" tour, showing us all the facilities, which I thought very thoughtful. Swimming pool and jacuzzi was a great addition, pool water temperature was just right for the weather. You need to have a car,as restaurants are a bit far from the village. We enjoyed the calm atmosphere,so this was not an issue. Blackout curtains worked really well, which allowed us to sleep longer in the mornings.
I thought the mattress to be a bit hard, maybe this is something it can be improved.

Very small and charming house with nice garden, whirlpool outside and spa with saunas, I got really good massage at the evening. Breakfast good too, with the reasonable price.
Lot of walking trails through the wine yards and to the castles around.
Big pool is not so deep, made for relaxing but not for swimming.

A really beautiful place, great garden environment with pool and whirlpool and cozy rooms. Also loved the pool table.
Overall stay was really fantastic but some minor improvements could make it even better:
- the breakfast was a little simple, could have some nicer variety - also maybe add a description at the egg boiling station as several guests didn‘t manage to hit it right which caused a lot of food waste.
- while the „serve yourself“ bar is really great when it comes to beverages, it would be good to add some snacks to the list, too. Especially given the location it would be beneficial to have access to some food when needed.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. Charming historic estate, well appointed with all the appropriate modernities added and great thought towards making it perfect for guests. Not mention the gastronomic breakfast and opulent spa. In addition the hosts have a great attitude to hosting in a hospitable and generous manner. I really hope I come round to staying again!

good size room with a nice and big toilet !
Nespresso in the room
needed to climb a few flight of stairs to the unit but the staff was very helpful and assisted with our bags so it wasn’t an issue

It is a very historic and old property where the hotel has gone above and beyond to keep the charm of the old but renovate where needed. The improvements fit in seamlessly.
having to ring the outdoor bell at night - it was so loud 🙈
