The apartment was very central and the main square with all the restaurants and shops was just a stone throw away. Despite its proximity to the the city centre, was quiet and comfortable. Parking at the winery within a very short distance from the apartment was ample. The apartment was beautifully furnished, contemporary in design. There's a lift that brings us to the doorstep of the apartment. Very clear instructions from the host on the parking and accessing the apartment with code.

The apartments belong to the winery Louis Sipp and are located next to their offices. It’s very modern and comfortable, communication with the owners is very kind and access works completely remote via code. Recommending the stay there (and buying some wine :))

The bathroom didn’t have any windows but air condition was available

Poor customer handling: only by phone and access code. I had to call a number. twice to get it. Should have been on the last confirmation email. Access to the private courtyard and room through glass window - room and bathroom visible from public corridor, unless one lowers the room metal stores. I never felt at easy. Wifi access code not clearly indicated. I had to call to get it. (Was on a small sticker at the entrance.) Should have been on confirmation email.

We’ve stayed here many times over the years and always come back. Each apartment is clean, modern, well-equipped and comfortable.

It was very specious, with heated floor, clean and very central!

There was no thermostat in the room to regulate/reduce the heat as the room was very hot.

Beautiful building in the center of the town. Simple access and a spacious apartment which seems to be fully equipped.

However, there is a wet smell upon entering the hallway (outside apartment) and the bathroom. Bathroom doesn't seem to be well ventilated, but everything is made in quality materials. If you shower, everything gets wet since there are no walls.

it is a very well designed apartment where they really have thought about the user. The availability of parking is a further plus.

The lack of air conditioning or indeed any ventilation is a surprising mistake and will need to be considered carefully. I assumed that it would be supplied. My mistake, but a big one and a surprise for accommodation that would otherwise score a solid ten.

the location was great , right in the middle of everything and the apartments were comfortable , clean and well equipped.. Good to have the outside space to sit and enjoy a glass of local wine .

The light in the little courtyard that kept going off and on all night. Because the weather was so unseasonably warm the apartments were very hot , which made sleeping at night difficult. fans in the apartments would have really helped.

The host was so kind and communicated very well. She helped me arrange a wine tasting, offered, restaurant recommendations, and put my mind at ease regarding parking. My kids LOVED the hot tub in the penthouse. I'd stay here again and again. Thank you!

Perfectly well located in Ribeauvillé, in the heart of town, the room was as described, clean and well equipped. The organisation to get the keys was smooth and clear.

The soundproofing could be better.
