The service, food, atmosphere, room, views, and location just doesn’t get any better. The spa treatments were Devine.

Room is clean and big, breakfast is good. All staffs are friendly and good services.

Telephone in the room isn't working. Also toilet in the room is difficult to flush.

Location perfect. Staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. Facilities were well above expectation. Overall a pleasant stay indeed.

This is one of the best hotel/Spa in Switzerland. The room was really large and super comfort. The staff is very professional. The breakfast is fabulous for those who have never been, but is the same as 4 years ago, I was expecting something different and fewer paid dishes.

The restaurant is a bit too loud and the “mise en place” is not at the level of this hotel.

The location is perfect, right in the middle of the two train stations and shops, very convenient and comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights and planned to try Sapori and La Terrasse restaurants in the hotel. Unluckily, only La Terrasse Brasserie opened during the period of our stay. We had dinner there. The service, food presentation, and quality are superb. There is plenty of wine you can choose from their list. We had one from the region, which was good too. Breakfast was good but can provide a bit more variety Coffee is good too. The room is spacious and clean. Some staff is new, a bit struggle to provide us information but they are attentive and willing to help. All in all, it was a great experience throughout our stay

Unluckily, Sapori restaurant was closed during the stay. So, we didn't have a chance to try.

The place is awesome

seems like some politicians or vip guests where staying at the hotel and that time and The reception and security team where very unfriendly asking for credentials every time you step in back to the hotel. Very uncomfortable.
