It is few steps from the M2 metro, which is the best part. Some neighbourhoods in Athens can be dangerous and unpleasant, but this place is located in a great neighbourhood, which is really important if you are travelling with kids.
Everything is great for a short stay.

The location , the quality of the house itself and the cleaniness was absolutely perfect.
The best place to stay in Athens i always go there.
There are supermarkets just outside the house , all kinds of shops and j can cook my own food wich is great.
The owner is super nice and always available also a plus.
There was absolutely nothing i was not pleased with.

It was a nice flat and very clean.
I didn't feel safe as the location is not good.The front door to the flat is not very strong.. Somebody was rattling on the glass main door at 3am. This woke me up.
The heating did not warm up all the flat.

Perfect location! Also everything was clean! Whatever you want to buy is 2 minutes from the house. Metro station is next to the house! Ideal for every kind of traveling!!! I recommend it 100%

The apartment very basic but very clean. You only get what you pay for! But i do expect a comfortable sofa/seat. The bed was made comfortable by moving the slates!
The location! Not nice. Very very noisy. Only good thing near metro and taxis. Sofa broken. We had to remove mattress to put slates in position

The apartment was very nice and clean and also modern.The location was perfect ,we couldn't live in a better place, so close to metro station.

It had a good location good air conditioning and basically clean.
The noise / traffic from main street kept us awake all 3 nights! We also had jet lag so got no sleep

Great location next to the metro and direct line to Syntagma, Acropolis and Glyfada. Spacious and very functional apartment.
At night it can be extremely noisy in the busy street with cars and motorbikes passing by.

Clean and comfortable. Next to the metro station and many shops to eat around the neighborhood. The host is available to contact and help if needed.
As stated in other reviews the flat is facing a busy street so noise is expected from the traffic.

Apartment is nice ,very close to subway, taxi station, bars and restaurants
I could not sleep because of the noise on the street, the location being located right on the street and the bed was very bad, very very low, consisting of some planks and a mattress, those planks coming out of the support all the time, falling in the middle of the night with bed.

Clean, excellent location in Peristeri city center, very close to metro station, café / grocery / mini market across the street and open until late at night.
Street noise from Thivon avenue, day and night.

The location is perfect. You can find everything around you, from food and coffee to medical help. Metro station is 1-minute walk from the apartment. There is a kitchen and you can cook anything you want and that's a thing that you cannot find in hotel rooms. Two air-conditioners keep the apartment cool. There is also a cozy living room with a TV and wifi. Perfectly clean and comfortable for two people.
There was nothing really that I didn't like. No problems at all.
