Gorgeous location, cozy apartment, inspiring view, Towh hall (Ratusha) bell and vibe of the old center make my impression complete!
the breakfasts are huge! and very tasty (please, note that you have to order them beforehand). Staff are very friendly but non-intrusive)
there weren’t such things. but you should note that bell of Town hall can wake you up each 15 min. Especially. if you’re settled on the attic

Unfortunately, the elevator didn’t work. My room was on the 3rd floor. I had a heavy suitcase. The hotel staff kindly carried my suitcase all the way up. However, I’d prefer to know about the issues with the elevator in advance.

A great and cozy place right on the corner of Rynok Square.
Comfy beds, very spacious rooms.
The breakfast had no option for lactose free food, such as plain toast and ham, therefore we had to go elsewhere.

Helpful with every single need I had, and I had really many!! They went out of the way to accommodate me, with breakfast, coffee, taxi, information,...just everything. So helpful and so important for me to be able to do my job there!
No Nescafe in the room. Tea yes, but no Nescafe. Sorry guys :)

Located just off Rynok Square, pretty much in the center of everything good. The room was so nicely done, with excellent sheets, pillows, and towels. I was even impressed in the quality of the woodwork in this place. Super swanky and incredibly affordable. The breakfast was excellent
I was given the impression that I could check in at anytime; which ended up being true, but I was charged an additional 1000 UA (which did include breakfast for that morning) upon arrival. For me this was worth it because my train arrived pretty early and I didn’t want to spend several hours wandering or sitting in town with my baggage. Had this been disclosed prior to my arrival I wouldn’t even be mentioning it here.

one day my morning started with pigeons which want to enter the room vie roof window. also there was a repair at the building beside the hotel. Noisy work started at 9 am :(
