The bathrooms need updating. Shower does not have door or courts in and all the bathroom get get.

We could have done with some amenities in the bathroom like shower hel especially when you first arrive.

We had a good stay overall. The location is fantastic, and the beach was great with good snorkeling spots. The pool was also lovely. Our view from the balcony was also very nice.

Communication was lacking the entire time. They would not answer any of my messages or questions. Our place was not ready upon check-in. The unit AC was not sufficient either, and was very uncomfortable. I also wished there was coffee available in the room!

Hotel: When I arrived by taxi I had someone come greet us and direct us to our room. The room was clean, comfortable and a good size for the family and was good value to what we paid. The staff throughout our 6 day stay were excellent and super friendly. I thank them for their hospitality. They had very comfortable pool/beach lounges located approx in the middle of Plaqa beach, so it was very easy to just relax and enjoy each day. If we ever needed anything, they were very happy to support us. We wished we had the availability to stay longer. We will be back for sure. Plaqa beach: First time here and the family absolutely loved it. We were here in September and it was perfect and nobody wanted to leave. I have heard from locals that during peak season the experience is different as it is way over crowded, but in September fantastic. The area is full of resorts, many with their own restaurants providing a great mix of dining options. The local taverns are great providing cheap, locally sourced, fantastic home style food. Most of the businesses are all family owned/run. A bus every 30mins takes you in to the main town (location of the port). If you want a beautiful beach to relax, this is the place to be.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past and love the location, close to the mini market, bus stop and restaurants. They also have free sun-loungers on the beach, which makes the hotel very affordable.

The hotel is so close to great, but wear and tear is showing in the rooms, and there is limited phone and WiFi signal in the room that we had. We could pick up WiFi from the other hotels around so clearly a problem with the router placement.

Check in is at 13 o'clock according to the description. We arrived at 13:30 and had to wait almost 1 hour. They told us to sit down and order a drink. We thought it was complimentary but we got the receipts. Eventually we did not pay for it but it was not obvious for them. We had to pay for the sunbeds and we could not consume anyting but drinks from the bar which we had to pay for. The jacuzzi on the balcony was not clean. The staff was not too nice, we felt like a dollar bill in their eye. When we checked out they did not even ask if we were satisfied with everything. I cannot recommend.

The property is NOT what you see in the pictures. As we were traveling with a baby we thought we did a diligent check on the rooms we were booking - only to get there and the room was not the same. We were given a semi-basement room with a window overlooking an internal staircase, and a hallway with a bed on each side representing “a second bedroom”. The room was full of mosquitos and there are otherwise no mosquitos on Naxos as long as there is wind. The owners were not willing to discuss or compromise with us. As we booked non refundable they also were not willing to refund any money, although we never actually stayed in the room. So I’m hoping this 600eur worth review will help someone else avoid such bad experience.

Great place for having a good holiday time. The apartments are tidy and clean. The food in the peppermint restaurant is more than excellent (I have had the best risotto in my life). Nice bar, nice furniture, nice beach. Excellent service at the beach: super fast and super sweet. No need to go somewhere else on Naxos. I really had a wonderful time and I will definitely come back.

nice and clean and a really good host

Beautiful beach right across the road. Days beds with umbrellas set up already. Room was comfortable but nothing fancy. They had shutters to keep out the light so you could slept in.

Bathroom shower was confusing. There was no shower curtain so if you aren’t careful, everything gets wet.

they did a double booking and put us in a different hotel

we arrived at the hotel burly there was a problem with our reservation so they put us in a different hotel next to it. (paradiso hotel) the shower was horrible and the bed was very hard and not comfortable. we left after one night and asked for a refund. they still did not get back to us

good location, excellent beach chairs across the street, nice room

customer service was lacking. I felt like an intrusion, not a guest. Waited 20 minutes at check in for someone to help me and then when they did, the experience was so rushed. No one helped me with my bags, but the man just raced at break neck speed to my room and I followed as fast as I could. Same with beach ordering. Sat there for 45 minutes we waiter took orders of people all around me. I finally got an order in by asking people next to me to order for me. Also, beds were uncomfortable. I like a firm mattress but this was like sleeping a on a marble slab with springs

The studio was very nice and the view from the balcony was fantastic.

I had booked a studio with pool and seaview but was shown a studio on the side of the building with a view of the house opposite but when I complained they gave me the one I had booked.

Don't hesitate, take the Deluxe Suite with Outdoor Hot Tub. To have a car is OK and the free onsite parking is just in front but this area is easily reachable by public bus that we saw passing quite often till late in the evening and the bus stop is nearby.

The supposed ‘front desk’ is very disorganized. Don’t do direct booking with them to avoid ending up without a room. The breakfast is sparse and the food generat at the restaurant is overpriced and simply not very good. No drinking water is provided to guests except by buying at the restaurant.
