Die Unterkunft war unerwartet groß und hatte sogar einen eigenen Garten. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ein wunderschönes und sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer zentral in Montepulciano, sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service, sehr gut erreichbar mit öffentlichen Parkplätzen in der Nähe.

Brilliant location, spacious room and good price
No airco, there was a heatwave during our stay so that would have been better. However, taking into account the price it was definitely not a big issue.

we had a small issue with communication but the manager resolved very quickly and professionally. Accomodation is very comfortable and in the centre of the town. Access is about 400 metres from car park.

Perfect central location to visit Montepulciano. Very easy check-in/check-out, the room and bathroom were in perfect conditions. The staff was super kind, welcoming and very helpful, as they even gave us a map to all the main tourist attractions and amazing recommendations for restaurants. Car park is less than 5 min on foot.
As the room was on the last level, right under the roof, there was only a small ceiling window but not an actual view, but this is part of the local architecture, so nothing major, just a little detail as I personally prefer large windows or balconies.

The location was very good, right in the middle of the town, giving easy access to sites and restaurants. Tea and coffee making facilities, and a fridge. Both Cinzia and Michele welcoming hosts, and went out of their way to you make sure we were comfortable and accommodated.

the host did not wait for us in the appartement. we had to call him and wait for him to open the door.

Very nice room in the city center. We really enjoyed the breakfast in a typical italien café close by! The host also gave some great recommondations for wine tasting and food!

1. The top room did not have windows. This is evident in the pictures, but want folks to be aware.
2. The shower was clean and functioning, but was very small

4. Stairs - not a problem for our group, but folks with mobility challenges should be aware
