Cosy apartment. Excellent location. Easy to get anywhere. Has shops and bus stand nearby which makes stay and travel convenient.
Wish kitchen would be stocked with a few items like sugar and coffee which are used on a daily basis

The flat was spacious, comfortable and clean.
Drafty front door, which needs a draught excluder. We used our own picnic blanket as a draught excluder, which really helped.

Incredible value for money - spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. 30 min bus ride to centre, running frequently, including a night bus each hour.

Fairly close to transport links. Had just enough facilities to make it bearable.
The odd damp, grubby smell to the place especially bedding and bedrooms. Beds not particularly comfortable 1 of the single beds had broken springs.No privacy blind in bathroom as on lower floor. Blinds don't work properly in lounge. Toilet seat need fixing. Oven settings not there so having to guess when cooking. Lighting either not working or poor. Just generally could do with a deep clean and an update. For the price was very disappointed.

location is 30 minutes to attractions. 30/40 min bus ride each way. owners come inside unit unannounced. ring door. bell not disclosed. owners arrive at property without notification or approval. we were under surveillance and this was not disclosed in agreement. owners arrived 30 min before check out time. waiting for us to leave.
beds poor condition. unacceptable. inadequate outlets in bedroom. none in bathroom. way overpriced for the old antiquated facilities. owner not cooperating with our requests. poor location to attractions. have to use taxi to get around to avoid long bus rides.

We enjoyed our stay and found the place comfortable for our needs.
Blackout curtains!!!!!!!!! This would be a wonderful addition to ensure quest can sleep well

Checked that the fire alarm was hanging but was prompt in fixing it though. Internet router was just a bit off at start.

Location was fine. We learned the bus routes quickly was was fine for getting around. The apartment was quite nice. I would definitely stay again.
We had a bit of trouble trying to figure out how to work the oven.
The beds were not all that comfortable. The twin beds had a flat sheet folded in half which I continually kept getting twisted in.

great apartment perfect location host accessible, beds are really comfortable perfect for a group who wish to explore the city as transportation was really close by

The property wasn't very clean when we arrived and it generally looked like it could do with some TLC (such as mould in the shower and dated decor). There was also a smell of stale smoke in some areas of the property?
It was also quite lacking in provisions; there was no bath mat, only 2 towels provided between 3 of us for a 5 night stay (and no spares anywhere), the hairdryer was broken, and there was minimal kitchen cutlery or crockery. Privacy also wasn't great with it being a ground floor apartment and there being no privacy blinds on any windows, so we had to leave the curtains in the bedrooms permanently closed.

Good location close to Edinburgh town centre, shops close by, Loved the welcome pack made things so much easier, a great addition. The apartment was clean, facilities good, all in all we enjoyed our stay.
Beds were okay, the bedsheets weren't the best. Apart from that a good place to stay.

we had somewhere to sleep.
No curtains in bathroom window or glass door, no net curtains for privacy in bedroom as on low floor so all could see in.
Door handles were broken.
Bed linen was un ironed and damp on arrival like it had been rushed.
Ate out everynight as the kitchen didn't look great.

The Wifi and Sky TV was good.
There was no code sent beforehand for opening the lock box so we had to ring on arrival to get the keys.
Kitchen dirty and tired plinths collapsed and cupboard liners missing. filthy down side of fridge.

Sugar was brown at bottom of jar-disgusting!
cupboards inside were not clean
kitchen gas hob was greasy and not properly cleaned.
Toaster was filthy not cleaned.
Kitchen window would not open due to broken handle
rubbish and debris under single beds has not be cleaned for months-years!
head board on single bed not fixed properly just lent against walls could have fallen on child
Extension lead by TV exposed conductors even though it states it has been tested.
Leak/stain on radiator in main bedroom
Wash basin cold tap in bathroom only a trickle of water not enough to brush teeth.
Shower cubical handle broken not easy to open from inside
No blind at bathroom window which affects privacy of bathroom users.
No bath mat provide outside shower which means bathroom floor is slippery and wet after showers for others using the toilet.

The location was quiet. The beds were comfortable, The little breakfast table was well used and the family enjoyed it.
