A lot of things. The owner contacted Booking.com because they overbooked my room, so they offer "an upgrade" or a refund. I chose the "upgrade," and it was THE ONLY room without curtains and blinds. At 06am, I had the sun right in my face. 2 sleepless nights thanks to this VERY BAD accommodation. Also, I never met the owner. They were NEVER there. No one to complain to. Also, I needed someone to call a taxi for me, and no one was there. The bathroom is shared with 8 other rooms, not people, so it was VERY congested. The location is poor because even if there are bus stops nearby, it is far from the main city and 2 hours by bus from the second biggest city. There are only a few restaurants nearby.

Very suitable for solo travelers. Convenient location with several buses along the Inn. There's also a shared kitchen and washing machines. Near Bus Terminal. The host has good bus travel guides to nearby attractions.

Can't read, speak Korean language so quite handicapped but with translation apps things improved.

Plenty of space for parking, kitchen was handy, the place so clean, eventho i didnt meet any staff but they taking care of the place very good. Price was cheap and for the facilities and service, its understandable why its alway fully booked.

What I liked the most about my stay in Bong Stay - an exit to the terrace in my room. Also, the whole place was very clean. Special Thanks for an iron (I personally don't like wrinkled cloth:)

Since my room was close to common kitchen, every morning I woke up because of the noise from the kitchen.

It's clean and it's good for solo travellers. Not for a family. If you're with not so sensitive group of friends this place is good as you can cook. Feels homey tho.

Location is far. No convenience store nearby. The road is near the room which you can expect noise during day time.

If you are living there for short term (longer than a vacation) it's really nice because they have absolutely everything you need. You can cook and wash your clothes, think of it like a dorm, but better. They also provided travel adapters which was amazing!

Less than a 30 minute car ride from Seongpanak Trail. Everything that we need is available. The owner contacted us first and explained the details we need for our stay. Very welcoming~ We couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend this. We'll surely stay in this guesthouse again, the next time we visit Jeju. 😊🙏 감사합니다~

The place is conveniently located in that it is well connected to bus routes. The room itself was uninteresting, but very well equipped. Plenty of plug sockets, hair dryer, clothes rack and free wifi in the room as well as the communal areas. The entire guesthouse was incredibly well equipped, in fact. There were even free earplugs available for particularly light sleepers. My room was on the road side, but the traffic noise was not loud when the windows were closed. The kitchen had mugs, glasses, frying pans etc. as well as salt, pepper and oil. The kitchen and laundry areas are communal, but one can still get privacy in one's room. Each room has its own code lock. Everything was laid out for guests' convenience, down to laminated bus schedules in the entrance hall. I didn't think I'd be particularly enamoured of the place, but I really enjoyed my stay and can recommend it to other travellers.

The rooms are a bit boring, but they had the advantage of not feeling tacky. I think better that they are plain than filled with tacky decor.
