Clean room, nice facilities (including everything we need) and perfect location. More important, the host is a super friendly and enthusiastic lady. She helped us a lot, for example, she sent us bus schedule and gave a lot of useful advice for our trip. I would strongly recommend this hostel.

Everything was almost perfect. Francesca is an angel that helped us with the bus and other stuff. The room is beautiful and and the common area is an expresso coffe machine.

The mini fridge at the room didn't work. An extra pair of electrical sockets will be nice ( there was just one for the lights). Minimal things.

Very welcoming. Location is good, and quiet. The room is very nice and clean, it has been renovated, which is much better than the pictures (just remember to take a few photos before we left)

Location is ok, about 500 steep down to the sea. good communication before arriving.

The room itself isn’t big, it’s fine if you book it for a couple of days but not longer. It’s quite noisy (it comes from the kitchen and another room shower) as walls are very thin. Francesca was very nice!

Our stay was amazing. House is really comfortable, nice big bed with bathroom inside room, shared living room, terrazze and kitchen. Really good localization! Francessca was really nice and helpfull. Grazie!

Nice Location and very clean room newly renovated. Perfect To go for the amazing beaches and to explore the City, but still silent surrounding with the Boulevard just 5min by feet. Cala Gonone itself had great bars and restaurants and also love music at the bay each night.

If the kitchen would have a working Ofen and washer next time it would be perfect!

Cala Ganone is a nice little beach town and this property is just up the street from a slew of beaches so you can be water front in minutes. There were lots of restaurants to pick from ranging from pretty cheap to crazy expensive. The location had a communal kitchen with some nice amenities and there is a grocery store right across the street so you can load up on whatever you might want.

Prices in a lot of locales were inflated as you would expect in a place that thrives off tourism. Our shower drain had drainage issues and so water would be ankle deep in no time. I had read this in previous reviews either. I had brought it up with management and was told they would look into it. There are two roads into and out of Cala Ganone and both are quire twisty as you would expect from a mountain road. The main one isn't to bad but in some places it gets VERY narrow and so if there is another big vehicle coming (like say a bus) you might sweat a little to ensure everyone gets by without scratching your rental vehicle. The secondary one is a bit of a nightmare as in some places there is barely room for one vehicle to pass through let alone two so you better hope if you are going up nobody is coming the other way as there are no guard rails and the drop is significant! Gotta love the lax highway safety laws in some parts of Italy! :P
