La ubicación, excelente contemplar el lago y estar rodeado de montaña. También la fogata y la recreación con historias ancestrales 👍

There was a lot of noise in the nearest room during the whole night of my stay. Breakfast was not what I expected.

El hotel es hermoso! Las instalaciones, la habitación, la vista, la cama 😍, las actividades que puedes hacer todo espectacular

Lo que no me gustó fue el servicio de la cena y del spa. Sobre la cena habían dos meseras y se olvidaban de nuestros requerimientos, nos tocó levantarnos varias veces para que nos ayuden. Sobre el spa teníamos agendado citas con 3 días de anticipación ya que sabíamos que era feriado e iba a estar lleno, resulta que cuando llegó nuestra hora del masaje no había quien atienda, la administradora tuvo q conseguir una persona a última hora para q nos realicen el servicio contratado.

El Hotel hermoso, la vista espectacular, las instalaciones impecables, y el personal muy atento y amable en todo momento. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Breakfast was great.

The road getting up to the hotel is already a bit precarious, with the extra roadwork we had to drive the long way around to the hotel. At times I thought our 2-wheel drive vehicle would not make it. They are fixing the road though, so the future hints at improvement.

We enjoyed especially the food. It was really delicious. We stayed there for lunch and breakfasts. Both were amazing. The view is wonderful and staff is very dedicated to guests with good mood.

We requested with many hours in advance for massage and we were told even though it was many hours before that the the therapist was not available. Very disappointing because it is one of the amenities in its advertising

food was very bad. The staff was kind. Will not comeback.

how can the hotel accept a private event from lunch until almost midnight? Noisy, ridiculous. unacceptable!
