Todo, el trato de la dueña fue excelente, el apartamento estaba súper limpio y nuevo, tanto, que hasta creímos que lo estábamos estrenando.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Our stay was only for 1 night however Rosa was extremely helpful and kind. If you stay visit the cafeteria next door for breakfast it is run by a lovely elderly couple. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Santa Cruz.

There was nothing we did not like however, a mirror outside of the bathroom would of been useful

The location is perfect. It is very close to the market, restaurants, bus station, City Centre. Rosa, the landlady, was extremely helpful with suggestions for Restaurants, places to visit and directions to shops. She made herself available whenever we required her assistance or advice and really enhanced our stay there.

The bed was a little small

The location is perfect, there is a lovely market just a fews blocks away, all commodities are nearby. you can walk from there to the small beautiful roads of Santa Cruz. The flat was very clean ! The host is lovely and available, she informed us about the construction behind the flat prior arriving. (the noice disturbed us only one of the 4 days we were there) if you re lucky enough you can find a place to park in the street, if not there is a parking a few meters away for 9 euros a day.

the bed in the second room is not very comfortable for 2 people.

Very nice and clean apartment, well located near the center. Rosa, the person who received us was very nice and she gave us a lot of explanations about what we can do in Santa Cruz. She speaks very well English.

Great place to stay, really good location and spacious appartment for a really decent price to stay with a family. Host was able to provide us with information about sightseeing in Santa Cruz. No complaints at all!

Maybe some spices can be added in the kitchen, especially salt. For if you want to cook something and it doesn't make sense to buy it yourself at the supermarket.

very clean apartment very spacious perfect location to discover Santa Cruz on foot Rosa the owner was very kind very quiet area . 5 minuts on foot from a big supermarket ( el Corte ingles) and from bus station. I really recommend it .

Very good location. Very friendly and welcoming reception. Impeccably clean. Fully equipped.

The host was very accommodating of my arrival time and was very professional and attentive in her communications. The property was in a central location but quiet, and the facilities were top notch.

The bed and the sofa are so old and uncomfortable. They need to be changed. The flat smelled the mold. But it was so clean

The hostess was very helpful and attentive at all times. The kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was impeccably clean. We were able to leave our luggage in storage also after the check-out time. The location is perfect. Between the city centre and the bus station. Thank you for making our stay great!
