The rooms are very big and equiped very well. Everyhing was perfectly prepared incl. the tempreture in the appartment. The parking is in the area of the house (safe). 2km far from train station and from there directly by train to Venice.

We loved our stay at B&B Le Olme. The owners were extremely nice and helpful. As we were travelling with a baby, they also offered a cot and chair at the breakfast. In the morning there was excellent breakfast with a lot to choose from (fresh pastries, cheese, salami, yoghurts, jam, nutella, pie...). The location is great if you want to visit Venice (only 15 min by car). The house is beautifully furnished, our room was superb and it had all what we needed with the view on flower garden. Parking is on the property and in the walking distance there are restaurants, shops and caffees. I would recommend this B&B to everyone who are searching for a nice and cosy stay near Venice.

Clean spacious room with everything we needed, mosquito nets on all doors and windows. We were leaving early for a flight hosts went the extra mile and made breakfast for us early. Hot rolls in the morning were delicious!

There was only one bad point... Pretty hard to find, ended up parking and using Google maps and walking, and even then I walked past it, sign is 6"x12" approx . You can't see the building from the road as it's behind an electric gate. Would maybe be an idea to have the gate painted with Le Olme in large lettering

A nice, cozy place for a quiet, peaceful stay. Pleasant, caring hosts. Comfortable for a family of 4.

Comfortable, spacious, clean, rooms and facilities. Cozy design. Simple breakfast, delicious coffee. Responsive owners. 15-20min easy walk to train station. If you are 4, take taxy from MarcoPolo, it takes 15min to get there - 11 km.

Free parking on premises. Very good breakfast. Great, welcoming hosts. Spotless and cosy rooms. The area is very quiet. We slept like babies. Amazing value for the money considering it's quite near Venice

The apartment was very clean and spatious. The host expected us late in the evening. There is parking space on the property with restricted access. Decent breakfast.

No fridge in the room.

The room is spacy, quiet, and clean, it is much bigger than what I expected. My son can have his own double bed and room. It is served every day. The owner is very nice and helpful. I will book this B&B again next time when I visit this city.

I hope a kettle can be provided in the future so that I don't need to trouble the owner when I want to make some tea.

Breakfast it was a very heartwarming prepared breakfast. And a tasty one!

First of all, the staff are absolutely lovely people - they were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great; there was a choice of cereal, pasteries, bread, jam, ham, cheese, and many different drinks, including Italian coffee. The hotel room itself was spacious and the beds were very comfortable - everything was extremely clean. There is also a safe and secure car park on site. For those who want to explore Venice without dealing with hoards of tourists nearby, the location is perfect. There is also a train station nearby which provides a quick and easy connection to Venice. About 15 minutes away, there is a pizzeria which serves incredible 'Pizza Longa.' Moreover, there is an amazing water park called 'Caribe Bay' about a 40 minute drive away.

The room was just amazing. Delicious Italian breakfast. The host - Peter. He kindly offered to take us to the train station.

From the property to the train are about 15 minutes walk, and by train about 20 minutes. To Venice St. Lucia station. The breakfast was excellent, the room cleanliness was spacious, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was very large and the balcony with chairs and table. train then with a bus to the airport. It was an excellent stay thanks to the host. I warmly recommend and in this way we thank once again Mr.B!🤌
