The villa is just wonderful! It is situated really next to the ocean and everything is just amazing: the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped, the bathroom is big, the living room is cozy and the outdoor area is wonderful! There really was nothing we needed and didn‘t find! The kids enjoyed the garden with the trampoline and football-goals and also found a lot of games in the living-room. Alexandra is such a wonderful host! She greeted us with a homecooked meal, had little surprises for the kids ready and made sure everything was just perfect! One day we came home after an amazing day in Olympia to find a delicious cake in the fridge! We spent wonderful ten days here and would come back in a heartbeat.

The hosts Alexandra and George deserve thanks for their hospitality and taking care of all our needs. Villa is fully equipped, air-conditioners in every room, big and clean swimming pool, patio with sun beds, small but well maintained garden and lawn, a lot of entertainments for children, excellent barbecue place which we used nearly every day for preparing dinner, and astonishing sunset's views every evening!

There is no beach (even a small one) and the bottom of the sea is full of stones and seaweed, but the water itself is very clean, so our children spent all the time in the swimming pool. And besides there is no promenade and nowhere to walk, but if you have a car everything is fixable,

Our hosts Alexandra and George met us on arrival at the property and provided us with an amazing home-cooked meal of chicken roll and potatoes. We were also greeted with gifts for us and the children, as well as a fully stocked food cupboard, fridge and fruit bowl! This included a wide choice of breakfast foods and our favourite Nespresso capsules. Everything we could have needed was available for meals. In addition, toiletries, dishwasher tablets, detergent, cleaning products, etc. were provided - the list goes on!!! On Tuesday evening George arrived with a Greek dish called Pastitio - pasta with minced meat cooked in the oven - which was delicious! We enjoyed eating outside with views over the pool to the sea beyond. Each evening we enjoyed fabulous sunsets.The villa was beautifully presented and the rooms were perfect for the four of us! The beds were extremely comfortable, as was the huge L-shaped sofa in the main living space. The villa is incredibly spacious and airy - the views from the main living space and master bedroom are fabulous! Midway through the week the cleaner changed the linen and cleaned the property which made our stay even more comfortable/ luxurious. Alexandra and George were excellent hosts and were keen to see we had everything we needed. The pool was amazing - great to swim in or just float around on the lilo! The garden was very relaxing and peaceful - lots of space to play in or just relax and read a book! There is also a fabulous barbecue area/ outdoor kitchen. We purchased ready-prepared chicken and meat skewers from the butchers at the top of our road which were cooked to perfection on the barbecue! As well as the butchers, Kaminia has a mini-market, a pharmacy and a number of cafes and restaurants in walking distance. Alexandra sent an email outlining where local amenities, beaches, places to go are - this was really helpful! During our week, we visited nearby Patras and had a fantastic day out at Ancient Olympia!

There isn't anything we didn't like about the property! It was perfect! It was a shame we had one rainy day but it didn't stop us from having a fantastic holiday!
