Spacious 2 bed 3 bathroom property with great pool, well maintained secluded gardens, sea view and short walk to the beach. Villa has everything needed for a holiday. House is decorated to a high standard. Housekeeping and pool attended daily. Excellent service. The owner popped in a couple of times to drop off small gifts for us and to ensure our holiday was the best that it could be. Such a great personal touch which was very appreciated. Font of knowledge for places to eat and visit on our short stay. He made himself available at anytime via WhatsApp to assist in anything that we may need including bookings or translation.
There were no dislikes at all. If I had to write anything it would be to point out that the house is located very close to the airport. Which in my opinion was actually a plus point. The airport is not extremely busy even in August and didn’t cause any issues for us.

Everything, the villa was gorgeous. The pool, bbq, accomodation was all wonderful.
I would highly recommend Orion Luxury Villa, we really had a wonderful stay and our host Labros was extremely welcoming and helpful. We hope to return.

The location was amazing, so convenient for the beach and local attractions. Everyone was so welcoming, a truly excellent experience. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

The villa was just as the pictures and had great facilities. The private pool was a big hit with the family and the location was perfect.
Labros is a fantastic host, even bringing some fantastic cakes for my mother in laws birthday and booked us a lovely restaurant for her birthday. I would highly recommend Vinaries for a special occasion.
There are several good restaurants within easy walking distance and there is a lovely little beach also within 5 mins walk. There is also a bus to the capital 5 mins walk away which is worth a visit or you can get a taxi. Loved that it was 5 mins from the airport and although the area is on the flight path this did not bother us at all as there aren’t that many flights per day and it was actually quite a novelty.
If we were back in Kefalonia we would have no hesitation to stay here again.
Just as a note, the stairs to the upstairs bedroom are quite steep and there is no handrail which was quite difficult for the elderly parents / my daughter to manage.

The villa is immaculate and the owner Lambros and his daughter were extremely helpful. (Including homemade cheese pie which was amazing) The local beach is also sandy and the water clean and blue.
We knew this from research before we booked but it is literally on the flight path JUST before the airport - as is the beach - it really didn’t bother us - in fact it was quite fascinating- (the flights stop approx 11pm and don’t start too early on the morning) but you should be aware!!

Orion villa is fabulous. Spacious, modern with a lovely
pool, garden and bbq. Labros and his family were
marvellous and could help with anything we needed. Ther
treated us so kindly, even sharing some delicious Greek
dishes with us- they were amazing!
They go above and beyond to make your stay special.
We loved it and will definitely return! Thank You Labros!
5 minutes from airport, selection of restaurants nearby
and bus to Argostoli just around the corner. To explore more
further it’s best to hire a car. Thank you for a brilliant

The location of Orion Luxury Villa was great for access to Ammes beach and the South East area of Kefalonia, including Agostoli. We were met by Vivien, the owner's daughter who showed us around and recommended some very good restaurants. The owner Labros turned up one day with some home made cheese pies - they were delicious! The pool was great and the large garden was very well maintained. A really lovely villa to stay in for a few days, with great proximity to the airport for our departure.

What a super villa which was very clean and beautifully presented and a fantastic host the villa was cleaned and bedding and towels changed every 3 days , which in all the years we have stayed in a villa has never happened before. the location is great with easy walking distance to lovely beaches and good restaurants.

This villa is amazing! It is clean, spacious and oh that shower! It has everything you need with a well maintained pool. Our host, Labros was fantastic! His communication was spot on and I felt he couldn't do enough for us. I never worried about anything, I knew Labros was on hand if we needed anything. His gifts of wine, fruit and breakfast delights were a super touch. Probably the best host I have encountered abroad.
There is plenty of room and the location whilst not in the hustle and bustle is a very short distance to a lovely beach, which has a beach bar and sunbeds. We went in October, so was coming to the end of season and some restaurants were closed, the ones that were open were lovely ( amazing views ) and it is only a 15 minute taxi ride into the main town Argostoli. For those that want to explore car hire would be recommended with several car hire companies local.

This villa is pure luxury, everything has a feel of quality, the beds and linen are stunning, showers amazing, the best swimming pool And outdoor area we could of asked for.Fantastic owner of the property Labros helped us out so much during our stay. He went above and beyond any expectations we had . We also had free wine on arrival and a surprise left one morning for us of traditional Greek bread for breakfast. Nikoleta , the maid, looked after us during the stay , again exceeding any expectations we had. Nothing was too much trouble. Will be recommending this villa to all of our family and friends and can not to try the other villas owned by Labros.
There was nothing that would of made this villa better than it already is 😀

Excellent location, near to a small and cozy beach (Ammes), which has sun beds, umbrellas, shower and a bar. Nearby are some taverns, the one which is near the beach is great, with fresh fish and lots of traditional greek food, the staff is welcoming and they serve you very quick, with the sunset included. The house is great and has all the facilities needed, the host was very nice and very carefully to details. The pool is awesome and refreshing, the cleaning is great. Congratulations!
