To be honest I do like the room

To be honest I didn’t like about the service we communicated with the owner only when we call her to do earlier check in that time she reply bout the room back door having problem can’t lock is unsafe bout she never reply even some of staff have finish she never reply to us so sad

Property came with complete amenities like TV, refrigerator, rice cooker, microwave, burner, pans, plates, utensils, cups. They even provided dishwashing soap and body soap. Wifi is fast. Room’s decor is really aesthetic. Aircon is cold and quiet.

The room itself is at the end of a very long hallway. The toilet room is really small my knees hit the wall so I have to sit sideways when using the toilet. The room itself is nice, but the residence as a whole needs better maintenance. The elevators are so slow, the pool was very dirty (we swam Tuesday 8am) despite the management closing the pool on Mondays for cleaning. The property does not have lake view, it overlooks an empty lot and the city.

The price just compensate the place. Only that I'm a bit disappointed! 1st, we were not advice for the room number where to stay. 2nd, I keep texting and calling for the caretaker but she didn't bother to answer my call and text. The pillow case and the comforter has a stinky smell. I suggest to wash it with downy. In the booking , it was clearly indicated that its a lake view and was disappointed that its not!

The views from the apartment and the location near to the bus stop from/to Manila.

There is a reception with security guards so we could not check in until the owner contacted them to give them our unit number. We tried to call her but the phone in the website is not the correct one so we had to wait until she saw my message on the website. We were offer an upgrade by Booking.com but we ended up in a different room so...No upgrade. At the end of our stay we wanted to leave our luggage somewhere when we check out to spend the day without them. At the reception they said they were not allowed to keep them so we contacted the owner to see if we could leave them in the room (it had to be by email) and we did not get any answer... So I would say that the room was ok, nice views but the communication was quite poor.

Very expensive rooms for few services : the kitchen don’t has equipment or necessary stuff like salt, oil. The room is dirty, mainly the bed sheets (picture) with black hairs. Balcony is so small, nos as in the picture. Shower is almost warm, not hot. finally the pool has an attic temperature.
